ab Juli ist in unserer Wohnung ein 20 Quadratmeter großes Zimmer verfügbar.
Das Zimmer hat Orientation Sud, mit zwei Fenster und ist sehr hell !! Aber die Möbel sind nicht inklusiv.

Hi everyone!
We have a room available in our flat. The room is really big, 20 square meters and has south orientation, which means it has a lot of light. The furniture that you can see in the pictures is not included.
The room was painted this October, so it looks like new ;D The ceilings are really tall, which makes the room look even bigger.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Hegelstraße (Feinstaub inklusive) und ist mit Bahnhofsnähe (6 min) und mit einer direkt vor der Haustüre befindlichen Bushaltestelle, die von den Linien 2, 5 und 16 bis in die Nacht regelmäßig frequentiert ist, innenstadtnah. Das Fußvolk erfreut sich selten müder Füße, indem die Wohnung am Knotenpunkt Südstadt-Weststadt-Derendingen, eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Rewe) in Wurfweite, und der Stadtkern unmittelbar gelegen ist.

Our flat is in the Hegelstraße, really near from the main station (6 min), but if you don't want to walk, you can always catch the bus. There is a bus stop 1 min away from the house (you can even see it from the window) with the buses 2, 16 and 5. The nearest supermarket is the Rewe (7 min away walking) but you can always catch the bus or ride your bike (10 min) to Aldi Sud or Kaufland. Also, the center of the city is less than 10 min walk.
Momentan sind wir eine Geologin, ein Informatiker und ein Geisteswissenschaftler sowie ein die Waschmaschine scheuender Wollpullover in Gestalt einer Perserkatze. Zusammenleben ist im Preis, der Wasch- und Spülmaschine sowie einen kleinen Gemeinschaftsraum umfasst, inklusive und gemeinsame Abende sind in dionysischer Manier nach platonischem Vorbild geduldet, wenn strebsames Lernen im Hintergrund weiter möglich ist, und im Rahmen des guten Geschmacks bisweilen sogar erwünscht. Wer schnell beleidigt ist oder sehr lärmempfindlich, für den ist das Wohnen in einer Gemeinschaft ohnehin nicht empfehlenswert.

Right now we are a PhD student in the field of geology, a computer expert (who just started in a new job) and a humanist. We also share the flat with our queen and master, the cat. We like spending time together, when possible, drinking, eating and talking about the existential questions of life :D But you can always close your door and stay in your room (although the cat is probably not going to like it). We are in general simple and interesting people to live with. And we will love to find someone that can sit and talk, someone that fits in our WG.
Bei unserer Vorfreude auf Eure aussagekräftige Kontaktaufnahme hoffen wir auf Bewerber, die das Aspirantentum bereits hinter sich gelassen haben. Außerdem streben wir nach guten Erfahrungen eine Geschlechterbalance an, damit es zwei gegen zwei steht, und suchen demnach jetzt wieder nach einer Frau - doch selbstverständlich gewinnt allein die Sympathie!
Für die Allergiker: Ab und zu lustwandelt eine Katze durchs Wohnzimmer.
Aufgrund der vielen Anfragen kann es dauern, bis alle abgearbeitet sind.
