Hi future roommate,
This is an apartment with a bedroom and a living room, a toilet and a shower room. My roommate and me will live in the living room. You are in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully-equipped. In your room, Wardrobe is ready. Table and mattress could be arranged upon condition as I have them. Between the bedroom and the living room is the kitchen, so, no worry about noise.
You may notice that the kitchen is not organized enough. That is a problem. We need a well-planned cleaning plan. Clean and hygiene is important!

Rental period is from 01.05-31.08.2024
Sudetenstraße 125, 72622 Nürtingen. Mix Markt are nearby. Bus stop is just below the building. a train station of Nürtingen-Rossdorf is also close. So there are two ways to reach Nürtingen main station. The location is not super but still ok.
My roommates and me are learning German. That will take us most of time. We also want to take this opportunity to make friends. We are Chinese with open mind. We enjoy quiet and peace. I like thinking (Haha). We can cook together which I think have a lot of fun. I am also looking forward to hiking together. If you are a decent person looking for a cheap accommodation, then this room fit you.
