Hi! Wir sind 4 nette Leute und wohnen gemeinsam in einem Haus mit wunderschönem Garten. Unser Garten verleitet uns im Sommer häufiger zum Grillen, Freunde einladen oder einfach nur gemütlichen Beisammensein. Wir kaufen gemeinsam ein, kochen zusammen, unternehmen was und gestalten unseren Wohnraum. Und im Winter verlagern wir's Grillen einfach auf die Terrasse... :-)
Und wer kein Bock hat, genießt seine Ruhe - Platz zum Rückzug gibt's genug.
Wir haben das Glück in ruhiger Lage zu leben und nette Nachbarn zu haben. Außerdem sind es von hier nur 5 Min zum Bus (Linie 1,7,22) oder Einkaufen (Supermarkt, Bäcker, ...). Mit dem Fahrrad sind es zur Uni nur 12 Min. Für Fahrräder (und Sonstiges) bietet die Garage genügend Unterstellmöglichkeiten.
Noch zu erwähnen: Das Klo ist vom Bad getrennt, gemeinsames Kräuterbeet, in den Nebenkosten ist Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Telefon und Internet enthalten, wir haben einen Wäschetrockner, Vorratskammer und natürlich neben der Küche ein gemeinsames Esszimmer und auch einen kleines Wohnzimmer.
Und dein Zimmer ist ca. 15 m2 groß mit Teppich ausgelegt und hat einen direkten Zugang zum Garten.

Hello! We are 4 Students living together in a house with a huge garden.
The garden allows us to have barbeques, invite friends over, or just hang out. We buy groceries and cook together... If the garden is too far away then we can also just eat on the balcony...
But, it's also cool if you don't want to spend all your time with us! There's plenty of space to do whatever you want.
We have a great location, quiet - there's a park behind the garden, and we have nice neighbours too. It's only 5 minutes to the bus (1, 7, 22) or shopping (supermarket, bakery). It's only 10 minutes to college with a bike. There's plenty of space to store your stuff (bikes, etc).
