In unserer WG werden zum Oktober zwei Zimmer frei. Eins ist ca. 12 qm groß eins ca. 16 qm.
Das kleine Zimmer wird teilmöbliert angeboten (Bett, Schreibtisch eventuell Schrank).
Das kleine Zimmer kostet war mit allem drum und dran (also auch GEZ und Internet) 410€, das große 430€.
Die restliche Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet.
Da im Frühling das Dach renoviert wird und eine große Baustelle entsteht, ist die Wohnung leider bis März befristet.
Zur Wohnung:
Es handelt sich um eine schöne Altbau 4-Zimmer Wohnung mit großer Wohnküche, Wohnzimmer und Balkon.
Mit dem Rad ist man in 5 Minuten in der Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es um die Ecke.
Eine Bushaltestelle (Linie 3,4 und 17) befindet sich direkt vor der Haustüre.
Aktuell lebt Tobias (28, Doktorand) noch in der WG. Er pendelt von Berlin was bedeutet, dass er immer nur 3-4 Tage in Tübingen ist. Da er arbeitet wäre ihm wichtig, dass unter der Woche keine Partys geschmissen werden.
Aktuell ist der Plan, dass wir diesen Mittwoch (4.9) zum WG- Casting einladen.
