... in einem großen, grünen Gehege leben mit einem Wohnzimmer, Sitzecken, einem Balkon, einem großen Garten mit Zugang zur Ammer und der Uni-Cafeteria am Clubhaus Wilhelmstraße als direkter Nachbar.

Mit unserer Lage sind wir perfekt angebunden: zu Fuß sind es zwei Minuten zur Uni-Bib, zwei zur Mensa Shedhalle, fünf in die Altstadt und fünfzehn zum Hauptbahnhof.

Die Bushaltestelle Uni/Neue Aula ist 2 Minuten von unserer Haustür entfernt.

... live in a large, green enclosure with a living room, sitting areas, a balcony, a large garden with access to the Ammer river and the university cafeteria at the Wilhelmstraße clubhouse as a direct neighbor.

Our location is perfectly connected: it's a two-minute walk to the university library, two to the Shedhalle canteen, five to the old town and fifteen to the main train station.

The bus stop Uni/Neue Aula is 2 minutes from our front door.

Weil wir zu 18t zusammenwohnen ist uns das gemeinschaftliche Leben besonders wichtig. Wir wollen gerne viel zusammen essen, reden, Quatsch machen und uns umeinander kümmern. Es ist also sinnvoll, dass hier Leute einziehen, die generell Lust haben, sich bei organisatorischen Aufgaben einzubringen und an gemeinsamen Aktivitäten teilzunehmen.
Genauso wichtig ist es aber auch, dass man auf sich achtet und sich jeder auch mal zurückziehen kann. Eventuelle Konflikte oder Sorgen sollen konstruktiv angesprochen und möglichst sensibel bearbeitet werden.
Für alles was so im Haus und in der Gemeinschaft ansteht oder besprochen werden soll haben wir regelmäßig Plenum.
Bei allen Entscheidungen im Haus verfolgen wir das Konsensprinzip. Das heißt, dass jede*r mit einer getroffenen Entscheidung zumindest leben können bzw. sich am besten damit wohl fühlen soll.
Wenn du Bock auf das Projekt und 17 neue Menschen hast freuen wir uns auf deine Bewerbung! Alle Menschen sind bei uns herzlich willkommen. Erzähl uns dabei gern wer du bist, was du gerne machst, was du dir vom WG/Projektleben wünschst. Es wäre außerdem wichtig für uns zu wissen, ab wann du einziehen könntest.

Zum Casting laden wir 4 Leute ein, die wir in Kleingruppen/Stationen kennenlernen.

Because there are 18 of us living together, the community is particularly important to us. We see each other every day and we like it when we spend lots of time together eating, talking and having fun. We also want to look out for each other as much as we can. Therefore it makes sense for people to move in here who are generally keen to get involved in organizational tasks and take part in joint activities.
Of course it is just as important that people take care of themselves and that everyone can withdraw from community and responsibility from time to time. Any conflicts or concerns should be addressed constructively and dealt with as sensitively as possible in the community.
We have regular plenary sessions for everything that needs to be discussed in the house and in the community.
We follow the consensus principle for all decisions in the house. This means that everyone should at least be able to live with a decision or, in the best case, feel comfortable with it.
If you are interested in the project and 17 new people, we look forward to receiving your application! Everyone is welcome to join us. Feel free to tell us who you are, what you like to do and what you want from shared flat/project life. It would also be important for us to know when you could move in.

Es gibt eine Essenskasse, in die alle monatlich einzahlen (aktuell 60€). Davon werden die wichtigsten Grundnahrungsmittell und weitere Leckereien (vegan oder vegetarisch) für alle eingekauft.
Außerdem sind wir Teil des Foodsharing-Netzwerks: Jede Woche wird kostenloses Brot, Gemüse und Obst von Alnatura abgeholt.
Im Moment haben wir auch ein felligen Mitbewohni, nämlich unsere Katzen Mowgli. Die leider mit auszieht und bisher in deinem neuen Zimmer gewohnt hat.
Manchmal veranstalten wir Partys, Wohnzimmerkonzerte oder Flohmärkte. Der Fantasie, was man noch so alles machen kann sind dabei kaum Grenzen gesetzt. Auch was die WG-Abendgestaltung angeht freuen wir uns über neue Inputs (oder einfach gemeinsames Abendessen oder Zusammensitzen)

There is a food fund that everyone pays into monthly (currently €60). This is used to buy the most important staple foods and other treats (vegan or vegetarian) for everyone.
We are also part of the food sharing network: free bread, vegetables and fruit are collected from Alnatura every week.
At the moment we also have two furry housemates, our cat Mowgli. Sadly he will leave us too, but used to live in the room that is now becoming free.
Sometimes we organize parties, living room concerts or flea markets. There are almost no limits to what we can organize together and it is always really fun. We are also happy to receive new input regarding evening activities (or simply just to have dinner or sit together)
