Das Zimmer ist möbliert, mit einem Bett mit Matratze, Schreibtisch, Waschbecken, Stuhl, Spiegel, Kleiderschrank. Rauchen im Zimmer ist leider verboten, deshalb rauchen viele draußend auf den Treppen. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Im Keller gibt es Trockner und Waschmaschinen. Die gemeinsame Küche ist mit Kuhlschrank, Mikrowelle und Backofen ausgestattet. Es gibt jeweils getrennte Duschen und Toiletten für Männer und Frauen.
The room has furniture, including a bed with a mattress, table for studying, wash basin, chair, mirror, wardrobe. Unfortunately smoking in the room isn't allowed and a lot of people smoke outside on the stairs. There is an elevator. In the basement there are washing mashines and dryers. The kitchen is for everybody and it has a fridge, microwave and oven. For men and women there are separate bathrooms and toiletts.
Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Apotheke, Bäckerei) nur 5 min zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in 2 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Morgenstelle, Uni Kliniken sowie die Innenstadt sind einfach mit Bussen erreichbar.
You can easily go shopping anytime. There is Penny store, a pharmacy and a bakery in 5 min distance. The nearest Bus stop is 2 min away. You can easily reach the centre, Morgenstelle and the university hospitals with the bus.
Bei den Mitbewohnern handelt es sich ausschließlich um Studenten unterschiedlicher Fachrichtungen. Auf dem Stockwerk wohnen noch 13 Studenten, 5 Frauen und 8 Männer. Am Wochenende und in den Ferien ist es hier aus meiner Erfahrung ziemlich ruhig. Es gibt auch keine wilde Partys.
There are only students living here. 13 people altogether, 5 women and 8 men. From my experience, it is quite peaceful here on the weekends and in the summer vacation. There are no crazy parties here either.
