Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, ein Bad, eine Küche, eine kleine Rumpelkammer und einen Kellerraum. Sie liegt im ersten Stockwerk und hat dazu noch einen kleinen Garten.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung relativ klein aber trotzdem sehr gemütlich und neu renoviert.
Die Wohnung liegt am Unteren Kuhberg und ist 10 min. vom Ehinger Tor (Zentraler Umsteigepunkt in Ulm) und 3 min. von der nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle entfernt.
Außerdem ist man zu Fuß nur 5 min. vom nächsten Park und 10 min. von der Donau entfernt. Das Grün der Natur liegt also sehr Nah.
Es gibt einen Bäcker und einen kleinen regionalen Laden direkt ums Eck und der nächste Rewe ist auch nur 10 min. mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.
Ich, Jonatan, mache gerade eine Ausbildung zum Schreiner und befinde mich im ersten Lehrjahr. Nebenbei bin ich im Team vom Gleis 44 (Club/soziokulturelles Zentrum) aktiv und lege ab und zu in Clubs und auf kleinen Festivals auf.
Ein ausgeklungenes Wg-Leben ist mir wichtig, ich bin aber auch oft außer Haus und geh gern raus in die Natur und mach kleinere Ausflüge.
