27qm sehr geräumig und hell und bietet alles in einem: Arbeitsplatz mit Schreibtisch, Ankleidezimmer, Sitzecke, Schlafbereich.
Möbliert!
Das Zimmer würdest du dir gemeinsam mit meinem Kater William teilen. Er ist ein netter Kerl, nicht aufdringlich und hält sich auch viel bei den anderen Mitbewohnern auf. Daher wirst du ihn nicht ganztägig um dich herum haben.
Alles andere zum Zimmer bitte den Bildern entnehmen, Fragen beantworte ich natürlich gerne!

Hi there!
I gonna be abroad during the time of 29.12.2016 - 20.03.2017 and offer my room in a very cool shared flat to a subtenant.
The room is quiet big, 27 qm, and very bright. It offers everything: a working place, a dressing room, a small lounge and a bed room.
Incl. funiture
You gonna share the room with my cat William. He's a relaxed and not obtrusive fellow. Will show up from time to time, but also spends lots of time in my roomates rooms.

Lage
Die WG liegt direkt neben dem Ehinger Tor in Ulm, also direkt neben der Innenstadt. Man läuft aus der Wohnung genau 30 Sekunden zur Bus- und Bahnhaltestelle, ca. 10 Minuten zum HBF und zum Ulmer Münster, also in die Altstadt.
Supermarkt (Norma) in 1min Fußweg entfernt, Lidl und Rewe ca. 10-15min entfernt.
Großer Pluspunkt: wir haben einen eigenen Hof als Parkplatz !

The flat is located next to the Ehinger Tor in Ulm, so quiet close to the city centre. It takes 30 sec. to the bus and tram stop, 10min walk to the central train station and 10 min to the city centre.
Supermarkets are between 1-15min away by foot, we have several here.
Big extra: our own yard as a parking lot!
WG-Leben
Unsere WG ist bunt gemischt:
Ich, Lisi, bin Rechtsreferendarin im 2. Staatsexamen, Lara, Joe und Philipp arbeiten derzeit alle und Fabio studiert in Ulm. Die Alterspanne liegt bei 22-34 Jahren.
Die WG bietet ein nettes Zusammenleben, wenn man aber seine Ruhe haben will: Tür zu und gut ;-)
Die WG ist sehr groß, hat ein separates Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, ein großes Bad und zusätzlich ein separates WC. Wie es mein ehemaliger Mitbewohner mal beschrieben hat: Wir sind eher Rock 'n Roll als Mister Propper, eher Holztisch als Glastisch... sprich: Das Haus ist etwas älter und die WG hat schon viel zu erzählen, was sie aber umso charmanter macht. ;-)
Die Versorgung meines Katers übernehmen meine Mitbewohner.
Rauchen kann man in allen Gemeinschaftsräumen AUßER in meinem Zimmer.

The flat is mixed:
I do my legal clerkship and are about to finish my law studies in April next year, Lara, Philipp and Joe are working and Fabio is a student in Ulm. We're all between 22 - 34 years.
The flat offers a nice living together, but if you want alone-time: close the door and everyone is ok with it. ;-)
The flat includes a separate living room, a kitchen, a big bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet and a basement. As one of my former roomates once said: we are more like rock' n roll then mr. propper, more wooden table than fance glas table. Means, the house is old, it has stories to tell about lots of people who lived here but thats why it's so charming.
