Wir suchen ab 15. April 2016 eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Das Zimmer ist 15m² groß, möbliert
(z.t. optional, siehe unten).
Es ist ein seperates Zimmer - die Küche und ein WC befinden sich ebenfalls im EG und ein Bad mit Dusche im ersten Stock. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet.
Folgende abgebildete Möbel sind vom Vermieter und ohne weiteres Teil des Angebots:
- Großer Kleiderschrank
- 140er Bett (ohne Matratze)
- kleines Regal/Nachttisch (das im Eck steht)
Folgende Möbel würde ich gegen Abstandszahlung von 100€ dem Nachmieter überlassen:
- 4x4 Ikea Kallax Regal mit Schreibtischerweiterung
- Großer Sisalteppich (ohne würde der Bürostuhl auf Dauer den Boden beschädigen)
- 140er Matratze (Sondermaß!)
- Bürostuhl
~2 Gehminuten zur S-Bahn Station (von da aus 10 Min zur Uni Eselsberg)
~7 Gehminuten zum Münsterplatz, Bahnhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
Trotz innenstadt sehr ruhig, da mitten in einem Häuserblock. Man bekommt vom Verkehr nichts mit.
Nette Gespräche mit dem Mitbewohner im Erdgeschoss, mit dem die Küche geteilt wird. Sommerfest mit allen Hausbewohnern (hauptsächlich Studenten aller Fachrichtungen). Ganz zwanglos und entspannt.
WLAN +6€ über Mitbewohner
Ansonsten alles im Mietpreis mit inbegriffen, inkl. Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Mindestüberlassung ein Jahr.
