Durch die zwei Fenster und die Sonnenseite ist das Zimmer sehr hell und gemütlich. Es grenzt ans gemeinsame Wohnzimmer. Alles zum Wohnen notwendige ist vorhanden: 140cm Bett mit Bettwäsche, Schreibtisch, Schrank, nach Wunsch auch Handtücher.
Die Lage ist optimal, alles in der Stadt ist innerhalb von 10-15 Gehminuten erreichbar. Eine Straßenbahn Haltestelle ist in 3-Minuten Reichweite, eine andere in ca 10-Minuten Reichweite. Innerhalb von 1-2 Minuten ist man auf dem Karlsplatz, einer Grünanlage mit gemütlichen Cafés.
In der WG leben noch zwei Studentinnen, die herzlich und offen sind. Im gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer wird häufig zusammen gesessen und gequatscht.
Kürzere Mietdauer ist in jedem Fall möglich, über eine Verlängerung über Juni hinaus kann man sprechen, evtl sind ein paar Wochen möglich.
