Apartment Introduction ------------------
The apartment will be available from June 1st, 2022 to move in. The room size is m² which is spacious and complete Furnished with IKEA Furniture. The apartment is on the 1st floor, including your private Mirror, Washbasin in your room also big window (West Facing ) with bright light whole day. The Kitchen is opposite to your room door, so you don't need to walk to much. The shower and toilet is separate, so both can be use individually. The apartment come with Basement so if you have any big card boxes or luggage's you can keep it there. Also, to clean the apartment, Vacuum Cleaner and Cleaning equipment is available in the Basement. You only have to clean your personal room. The Kitchen, Bathroom, Toilet, Garbage and Stairs (all common area )will be cleaned every week by cleaning lady. The building also has the Washing Machine and Clothes stands at the Basement, which you can use it. Outside building, there is bicycle parking space where you can park your bicycle. Best thing about the apartment is, It has cloud WIFI which means every single room has separate internet connection (of course private password) and Internet speed is 300 MBits/sec. Every single rooms has their own private Electric Meters, you have to pay electric bill separately which 10-15 Euros monthly(depending on your uses). Overall, the apartment is really wonderful with friendly neighborhood. The apartment owner is also friendly and speaks English and German and take good care of tenants, if anything needed. The Warm Rent of the apartment is 370 Euros (including Heating, Water, Wifi (300 MBits/sec), Cleaning) and you have to pay Electricity Bill individually yearly (approx. 10-15 Euro/ month).
Apartment Location ---------------
The location of the apartment is super convenient for living. In 2 minutes walk, there is big supermarket Lidl (06:00 - 22:00) and REWE (06:00 - 24:00) and on 6 min walk you will reach Willy-Brandt-Platz where there is another REWE (06:00 - 20:00) and Asia Shop (Indian Shop 07:00 - 20:00). The apartment is 6 min with Tram and 15 min by foot far from the Ulm Hauptbahnhof. The nearest Tram stop is Staufenring (4 min walk) and nearest Bus Stop is Ostplatz (3 min walk). The connection is transport is every 8 mins. You can reach to any corner of Ulm. For Working people, there is direct BUS Nr. 15 from Ostplatz to Science Park II - III (19 min). You can reach to City Center in 8 min walk. From apartment Windows you can see the Münster(tallest Church in the World at moment) and St. Georg Ulm Church. Donau River is located 5 minutes walks from home, you can relax and have a regular night walk. There are two Big park behind the house in 5 minute walk Friedrichsau (behind the apartment ) and Alter Friedhof (Front of house) with the Aquarium and TierGarten in it. There are Indoor and Outdoor Tennis court (5 min) from house, Football stadium in 7 min walk and many more exciting things.
WG People-------------------
Akshay(23) is doing his Master Thesis at Bosch Rexroth AG, and currently looking for the Job. He will be here till end of August. He is really talented and skillful person I know, In the beginning he will be shy, but he will be always there if you need any help. Nodar (27) currently enrolled in the University of Ulm for language studies after that he will doing his Master in Ulm. Both are really nice and helpful people, the Apartment is complete Working WG, so Everyone has time to talk at evening only. There is no common cooking we had, but we always share the goods or sweets from out hometowns. The Kitchen will be always free to cook. Apart from Rent, you need to share the Radio Bill in 3, currently Nodar is paying for everybody and we gave him our credit. Currently, I am leaving the apartment because I got the job in Stuttgart, I was a software engineer at Bosch Rexroth. I lived here in for 2 years till now, with this wonderful surrounding that I will never find anywhere.
Miscellaneous -----------------------
The contract will be directly handover via landlord, and all the monthly rent will also submit to owner. Every Individual has direct contract and contact with the apartment owner who is also living in same building at second floor. If you would like to have the room, please feel free to contact me. We can also arrange the personal visit and video call view. Other than rent + electric bill + radio bill you don’t need to pay any kind of extra cost for the room.
