Für alle WG-Bewohner steht der gelb markierte Bereich als gemeinsame Wohnfläche zur Verfügung (ca. 50 m²) mit möbliertem Wohnzimmer, Essbereich und Einbauküche, das Bad wird mit dem zweiten Mitbewohner geteilt (Fläche oberhalb des blau eingezeichneten Bereiches).
Alle Zimmer sind hell und freundlich eingerichtet.
Ein gemeinschaftlicher Waschraum steht den Bewohnern im Keller zur Verfügung.
Anbindung: S-Bahn ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (fährt im 20 Minuten-Takt)

The green room with 12 m² shown in the plan is offered in a shared apartment in Unterhaching in the south of Munich (4th floor, with elevator), which was renovated in 2023. The room is furnished with a bed, large closet, television, bedside table and small desk with chair and has laminate flooring.
The area marked in yellow is available to all shared apartment residents as a shared living space (approx. 50 m²) with a furnished living room, dining area and fitted kitchen. The bathroom is shared with the second roommate (area above the area marked in blue).
All rooms are bright and friendly furnished.
A communal laundry room is available to residents in the basement.
Connection: S-Bahn approx. 10 minutes away on foot (runs every 20 minutes)
