In der gesamten Wohnung ist Wlan verfügbar.
Die gesamte Wohnung wurde vor Kurzem renoviert. Das Bad hat 2 Waschbecken, Dusche, Wanne und WC.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, Spühlmaschine vorhanden. Im Keller steht eine Waschmaschine bereit.
Die Miete beträgt 400 Euro pro Monat für die 2 größeren Zimmer ca. 15 qm, und 360 Euro für das kleine Zimmer. Im Mietpreis sind alle Kosten berechnet, Strom, Wlan, Wasser usw. Es wird nach den 4 Monaten auch keine Nebenkostenabrechnung geben. Also volle Kostenkontrolle.

Furnished room for rent between March 15th and July 15th. Each room is firnished with a bed, table (desk), chair and cupboard.
Wlan is available. The appartment is fresh renovated. The Bathroom has 2 sinks, shower, bath tube and toilette. The kitchen is fully equipment. A wash maschine is there for you in the basement.
There are no pics of the bedrooms because we are still living in here.
The rent is 400 Euro per months for the 2 bigger rooms ap.15qm and 360 Euro for smaller room, all included, no extra costs.
Next bus stop you reach in 2 min by walk. From there you can take the bus 707 taking you directely to the train station Wiesloch/Walldorf or to SAP. Its around a 20min ride.
From the train station you can go easily to Heidelberg(10min) or Mannheim (20min).
The house and neigbourhood is quite and friendly. No parties allowed.
We are looking for people who respect our apartment and keep it clean.
