The total apartment size is 90sqm and comes with a balcony. The whole apartment is fully furnished - comes with a Fridge, Washing Machine, Vacuum Cleaner, Oven, Microwave, Cooktop as well as Miscellaneous stuff such as Toasters, Sandwich Maker and a Printer.
Your room is the largest amongst the 3 rooms and is equipped with a bed, a couch, 2 cupboards, a very large study table, a computer chair and a bedside table. The Internet provider is Vodafone and has a download speed of 250Mbps.
The window opens up to direct sunlight and a nice small garden which you can visit any time.
The house is situated in Weiterstadt central city. The neighbourhood is very quite and nice. The nearest bus stop is 1 minute walk away and the train station is 6 min walk away. 4 buses ply to and from Darmstadt (around every 10-15 minutes) and there is a direct connectivity to TU Darmstadt Stadtmitte campus by bus. Both Darmstadt Hauptbanhof and Luisenplatz are around 16 minutes by bus.
Theres a direct train connection from Weiterstadt Banhof to Wiesbaden, Mainz and Darmstadt Hbf.
Nearest grocery store is EDEKA and is 6 min walk away while Kaufland is 6 mins by bus.
The apartment will be shared between you and 2 other male students (23 and 24 yr olds from India) studying MSc Aerospace Engineering at TU Darmstadt. They have their own rooms. Depending on you, you might be able to get well with them.
However, please note that utmost importance is given to keeping the flat clean and you should be willing to adhere to the cleaning timetable.
The neighbours are nice too but they prefer maintaining privacy. As a general rule, making too much noise will not be appreciated by either the flatmates or the owners.
