ab 1.7. suche ich eine Person für eine 2er WG in der Ybbsstraße im 2. Bezirk.
Die zwei Zimmer, die bisher immer als Schlafzimmer genutzt wurden, sind nicht besonders groß (beide ca 10m²), dafür gibt es sehr viel Gemeinschaftsfläche (Küche mit Essecke, großes Wohnzimmer und Dachterrasse). An der Wohnung ist außerdem toll, dass sie so hell ist und auf der einen Seite in den ruhigen Innenhof und auf der anderen Seite in eine wenig befahrene Sackgasse raus geht.
Ich bin Anfang 30 und lohnarbeite seit einigen Jahren fast Vollzeit. Ich versuche dennoch nebenher Zeit für Politkrams, Studium fertigstellen und die lieben Menschen um mich rum zu finden. Ich mag es (gemeinsam) unterwegs zu sein, Bier, Kaffee oder Prosecco zu trinken, gemeinsam zu kochen, Lebensmittel zu teilen, füreinander da zu sein und Besuch zu bekommen.
Im Zusammenleben bin ich recht empathisch, unkompliziert und eher ruhig. In einer Gemeinschaft ist mir offene Kommunikation, Solidarität und gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme wichtig. Miete warm (inklusive Strom und Internet) sind 538 €. Ein Bett und ein großer Kleiderschrank könnten auf Wunsch drinnen bleiben.

Hello,
I am looking for a new flatmate person, that wants to share a flat in the second district with me.
The two rooms which have been used as bedrooms so far, are not too big (both ~10m²) but there’s a lot of common space (kitchen with sitting area, huge living room and roof terrace). The flats advantages are a lot of light and that there is no street noice.
I am in my early 30s and work since a couple of years almost fulltime. Despite that I try to have enough time for political work, finishing my studies and all of the dear people around me. I like being on the move (together), drinking beer, coffee or prosecco, joint cooking, sharing groceries, being there for each other and having people over.
When it comes to living together I am quite empathic, straightforward and rather quiet. In a community I aim for open communication, solidarity and mutual consideration. The rent ist 538 € warm (including power and wifi). If needed bed and wardrobe could stay in the room.
