The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, shelf, wardrobe.
It is 24 sqm and has a lot of light coming in during the day due to its great location within the flat.
We're on the 3th floor and we have a stunning view over the 2nd district and the skyscrapers in the 1st district.
The apartment is quiet and should be a retreat for everyone.
The location is ideal as the flat is close to Billa (2 mins round the corner), Spar and Hofer on Taborstrasse (5 mins on foot), the Karmelitermarkt (on Saturday mornings there is the farmer's market), different apothecaries and the post office.
Also, we have Pizza Marì close by and a couple of other great restaurants.
We are also in very close proximity to the Augarten park and all its facilites and with regards to public transport, U-bahn 2 is a couple of minutes away on foot and so is the tram stop 2.
You'll be living with Brigitta (49)and Jacqueline (45) both working and traveling a lot, ideal would be to have someone with a more calm and quiet lifestyle. I am open minded and easy-going. Spoken languages are mainly German, English and Italien.
