Room is looking for nice inhabitant. The walls are 3.5 m tall and the windows are facing the atrium of the building which leaves the rooms quiet during night. This cozy little room is reachable directly through the hallway. If you have more stuff than fits the the room there is space where you can store away trolleys or other bulky things.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Volkertmarktes, der einem alles bietet was das Schlemmerherz begehrt. Direkt neben unserer Wohnung befindet sich auch der Augarten, perfekt zum Ausspannen nach einem anstrengenden Uni- oder Arbeitstag. Außerdem hat man die Straßenbahnlinien 2 und 5, fast direkt vor unserer Wohnung die einen schnell in die Innenstadt oder in den Westen von Wien bringen. Mit der 5er hat man auch eine direkte Anbindung zum Praterstern wo sich eine S-Bahn Station sowie ein großer Park befinden, alternativ kommt man auch in 13 Minuten zu Fuß zum Prater. Die Ubahnlinie U2 Station Taborstraße ist in 5-7 Gehminuten erreichbar und bietet ebenfalls direkte Anbindung zu Hauptuni, TU Wien und WU Wien. Für den Weg zu den Unis braucht man Tür-zu-Tür 20 Minuten (+5 Minuten für TU), wobei man mit dem Fahrrad durch den nahe gelegenen Augarten deutlich schneller ist.

The flat is next to the "Volkertmarkt", a nice little local market where you can also find restaurants. Close by is a big green park called the Augarten. Furthermore you can easily go to the inner city by taking the "2" tram line or to Westbahnhof taking the tram "5". The S-Bahn station and big park "Prater" is away 13 minutes of walking distance or easily reachable through the tram 5. The subway U2 Taborstraße is located 5 minutes from the apartment and if you need to take the S-Bahn it's only ten minutes walk to Praterstern. To get to University it takes about 20 Minutes (15 if you overheard your alarm) or 10-15 minutes by bike.

Das Zusammenleben in der WG ist sehr gemütlich und wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG sondern sehen uns eher als Lebensgemeinschaft, inklusive gemeinsamer gemütlicher Abende und Aktivitäten in und außerhalb (zB.: Filme schaun, jammen, chillen & spazieren & Frisbee im Augarten, Bier trinken, Fortgehen, etc.) wobei uns immer wichtig ist, dass jeder auch sein eigenes Leben führt und alles zwanglos abläuft.
Das WG-Leben spielt sich hauptsächlich am Abend in unserem Wohnzimmer (auf den gemütlichen Couchen) oder in der Küche ab wo wir ebenfalls einen kleinen Tisch zum Sitzen haben. Die eigenen Zimmer dienen als Rückzugsort für bspw. Arbeit/Lernen/allein sein was auch respektiert wird.
In der WG leben gerade Fabs, ein 38 jähriger Forschungsingenieur am AIT & Musikjunky, Gerda eine 28 jährige Harfenistin, Ordinationsassistentin und baldige Ergotherapiestudentin. Die anderen MitbewohnerInnen in der WG sind noch nicht fix.

Living together in the flat is very comfortable and we definitely don't live together only because of necessity but rather see ourselves as a community, including common cozy evenings and activities in and outside (e.g.: watching movies, jamming, chilling & strolling & frisbee in Augarten park, drinking beer and going out, etc.) where it is always important to us that each one of us leads his or her own life and joining any common activity is voluntarily.
Shared life in the flat is mainly concentrated in the evening in our living room (on the cozy couches) or in the kitchen where we also have a small table for sitting. The own rooms serve as a retreat for work/learning/alone time, which is always respected.
At the moment, the following persons live in the flat: Fabs, a 38-year-old scientist at AIT & music junkie, Gerda a 28-year-old harpist, doctor's assistant and soon to be ergo-therapy student. The other two rooms will also be handed out this summer.
