In unserer 4er Wg wird ab Anfang April ein kleines aber feines Zimmer frei.
Es ist hofseitig, im 6ten Stock, sehr ruhig und hell!!
Es gibt die Möglichkeit die Möbel für ca. 150 Euro zu übernehmen.
We have af free room in our 4-rooms flat share. It´s small, but bright and sunny.
It´s in the 6th floor.
Die Wg liegt direkt beim Praterstern. (S-Bahn, U1,U2, Bims und Busse)
Die Praterallee und der Donaukanal sind gleich nebenan 😊
The Wg is located directly at the Praterstern. Next to the subway and differnt trams.
In der Wg wohnen noch Reihnard, Jean und Verena. :)
Die drei unternehmen ab und zu mal etwas gemeinsam, kochen gerne, machen Sport, mögen Spieleabende und gehen auch gerne auf ein Bier (oder zwei)
Wir hocken nicht ständig aufeinander rum da jeder arbeiten geht und viel unterwegs ist, freuen uns aber schon über einen Mitbewohner/in, der gerne mal was mit uns macht.
Du passt gut zu uns, wenn du Nichtraucher bist, ab Mitte zwanzig, halbwegs ordentlich, du gelassen und offen bist.
Reinhard, Jean and Verena are living in the flat. They are all easy going and will sometimes hang out together. They are all into sports, like cooking, game nights.
You will be a good fit for us if you are in your mid- twenties or above, easy going and open- mined, non-smoker.
Jeder hat seinen eigenen Vertrag mit dem Vermieter, welcher aber ganz unkompliziert ist.
