Tolle, zentrale Lage im 2. Bezirk. Mit U1, U2, S-Bahn, Strassenbahn leicht nach überall in Wien und auch ausserhalb (z.B. 10 Minuten mit U-Bahn nach Schottentor, 15 Minuten zum Karlsplatz). In den 1.Bezirk kann man auch zu Fuss (15 Minuten).
Sehr gute Freizeit- / Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Prater und Augarten zum Spazieren, Laufen und Fahrradfahren (oder Riesenrad!). Essen, Trinken und Einkaufen beim Karmelitermarkt und in den vielen Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften des 2. Bezirks. Citybikes nur ein Paar Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.
Suche freundliche/r, verlässliche/r Mitbewohner/in (& Nichtraucher/in, zumindest in der Wohnung. Draussen im Hof kann man aber rauchen.). Kreative Menschen sind sehr willkommen, es ist aber kein Muss.
Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.

Beautiful Altbau room (22m2) in the 2nd district. Fully furnished with large double bed, desk, wardrobe etc.. The flat has a living/dining/work room, kitchen with small eating area; bathroom with bath tub; separate WC. With original parquet floor, double doors and box windows. A great space for living and working.
Great, central location in 2nd district for getting anywhere in Vienna-- U1, U2, trains, trams to many places within the city and beyond. (ex. 10 minutes to Schottentor or Schwedenplatz, 15 minutes to Karlsplatz). You can also walk to the 1st district (15 minutes).
Enjoy walking, running or cycling at Augarten or at the Prater (… or visit the famous Ferris wheel!). Shopping, eating and drinking at the Karmelitermarkt and the many bars, restaurants and shops of the second district. Citybike stands within minutes of the flat.
Seeking friendly, reliable non-smoker (At least indoors. It’s possible to smoke outside in the courtyard.). Creative people are very welcome, but it’s not a ‘must’.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
