Da ich selbst im Juli und August ein Praktikum im Ausland mache, vermiete ich dieser Zeit ein Zimmer in meiner schönen sanierten Altbauwohnung.
Das Zimmer wie auch die gesamte Wohnung ist vollmöbliert und komplett ausgestattet, sodass du wirklich nur mit deinem Koffer einziehen müsstest.
Wohnen würdest du mit Sophia, einer super lieben Freundin von mir. Sie ist 23, studiert und arbeitet in Wien!
Die Lage ist absolut perfekt - ich leben wahnsinnig gerne im zweiten Bezirk in der Nähe vom Augarten! Alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht, ist in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Augarten für Sport und Erholung ist ca 300m weg, die 2er Straßenbahn (Station Heinestraße), mit der du in ca 10 Min im Zentrum bist, ist ebenfalls nur 150m entfernt. Außerdem bist du innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Schwedenplatz bzw am Donaukanal.
Der Preis umfasst die Warmmiete, inkl sämtlicher Abgaben und WLAN!

Since I will be doing an internship abroad myself in July and August, I am renting out a room in my beautiful renovated apartment during this time.
The room as well as the entire apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped, so you would really only have to move in with your suitcase.
You would live with Sophia, a super dear friend of mine. She is 23, studies and works in Vienna!
The location is absolutely perfect - I love living in the second district near the Augarten! Everything you need for daily needs can be reached in less than 5 minutes walk. The Augarten for sports and recreation is about 300m away, the Tram Nr 2 (station Heinestraße), which brings you in about 10 minutes to the city center, is also only 150m away. In addition, you are within 10 minutes walk to Schwedenplatz or the Danube Canal.
The price includes rent, all other fees and WiFi!
