Das Zimmer hat 10qm, mit direktem Blick auf den Donaukanal und geht nach Westen. Es ist sehr ruhig, bei geschlossenem Fenster ist auch die Straße kaum zu hören. Das Zimmer wird leer übergeben. Miete ist 500 warm mit Strom und Internet. Kaution sind 1300€.
Es gibt eine geräumige Wohnküche ebenfalls mit Blick auf den Kanal mit Sofa, Beamer, selbstgebauter "Kücheninsel", Geschirrspüler und Siebträger-Kaffeemaschine. Die Wohnung ist für eine WG sehr praktisch aufgeteilt: vom Stiegenhaus gelangt man in ein kleines Vorzimmer von dem aus man getrennt ins WC, ins Badezimmer, mein Zimmer und in die Wohnküche kommt. Das zu vermietende Zimmer erreicht man durch die Wohnküche. Das Haus verfügt über eine gemeinschaftlich nutzbare Dachterasse, die gut geeignet ist Leute einzuladen oder einfach zum chillen :).
The room has 10sqm, with a direct view over the Donaukanal and faces west. It is very quiet, with the window closed you can barely hear the street. The room will be handed over unfurnished. Rent is 500€, heating, electricity and internet included.
There is a spacious eat-in kitchen also overlooking the Donaukanal with a sofa, a projector for movie nights, a self-built "kitchen island", a dishwasher and a portafilter coffee machine. The rooms are nicely arranged to be used as a shared flat: from the staircase you enter a small entrance from which you can access the bathroom as well as a separate toilet, my room and the eat-in kitchen. The room for rent is reached through the eat-in kitchen. The house has a shared rooftop terrace, which is nice for inviting people over or just to hangout :)
Mit dem Rad ist man in 5 Minuten im ersten Bezirk, Prater (mit U1, U2 und S-Bahnen) und U3 Rochusgasse sind schnell zu erreichen. Ein Stück die Straße hinunter befindet sich auch eine Station der 1er-Bim (Wittelsbachstraße) mit der man auf direktem Weg die Universität Wien erreichen kann. Die Wirtschaftsuniversität befindet sich in nächster Nähe und ist mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten und zu Fuß in guten 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
The first district is 5 minutes away by bicycle, Prater (with U1, U2 and S-Bahn) and U3 Rochusgasse are also easy to reach. A bit down the street there is a tram station (line 1, Wittelsbachstraße) with which you can directly reach University of Vienna. The University of Economics is in close proximity, 5 minutes by bicycle, 10 minutes on foot.
Ich (Valentin,26) arbeite Vollzeit als Baumpfleger und bin daher unter der Woche nur am Abend daheim. Ich koche gerne, geh was trinken, schwimmen, höre gerne Musik und lade manchmal Freunde zum Kochen oder Filmabend ein. Manchmal geh ich auch zu Kultursachen :)
Keine Haustiere, Leute zwischen 20 und 40 mit ein bisschen Sinn für Ordnung und Sauberkeit aber nicht zu viel ;)
