Wir suchen eine Nachmieter*in für unser ca. 13 qm großes Zimmer. Wir hätten noch einen Schreibtisch (siehe Bild), Spiegel und Vorhänge oder Jalousien, die gerne übernommen werden können. (Über den Preis können wir dann gerne sprechen.)
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt momentan €467 (inkl. Betriebskosten und Internet), allerdings könnten sich die Betriebskosten aufgrund der steigenden Energiekosten schon ab September erhöhen.
We are looking for a new roommate for our room of about 13sqm. We have an additional desk (see picture), a mirror and curtains or blinds, which you could take over. (We can talk about the price then.)
The total rent is currently €467 (including operating costs and internet), however, the operating costs could already increase in September due to rising energy costs.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Bezirk in der Nähe der WU und des Vorgartenmarktes. Die U2-Station Messe-Prater ist ca. 3 Minuten entfernt und die U1-Station Vorgartenstraße ist ca. 7 Minuten entfernt. Supermärkte, Frisör, Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Praterpark und die Donauinsel sind zu Fuß erreichbar, wodurch man schnell im Grünen ist und nach Herzenslust spazieren, laufen, Inlineskaten, radeln kann. Die Hauptuni erreicht man in ca. 20 Minuten.
The apartment is located in the second district near the WU and Vorgartenmarkt. The U2 station Messe-Prater is about 3 minutes away and the U1 station Vorgartenstraße is about 7 minutes away. Supermarkets, hairdresser, restaurants are in the direct neighborhood. The Prater and Donauinsel are within walking distance, so you can quickly be in the green and walk, run, inline skate, bike whatever you want. The main university can be reached in about 20 minutes.
Ein bisschen was zu den Mitbewohnerinnen: Leonie (26) kommt aus Köln und studiert Kunstrestaurierung und wenn sie mal nicht Chemie lernen muss oder im Atelier und Labor steht, ist sie immer für ein oder zwei Gläser Gin zu begeistern.
Elisa (20) kommt aus Kärnten und studiert Publizistik- und Kommunikationswissenschaften. Neben ihrer Liebe zu Kärntner Kasnudeln, ist sie auch sonst für gute Restaurants und Cafés zu begeistern und interessiert sich für Basketball und Psychologie.
Ich würde unsere WG als sehr gemütlich, entspannt und ordentlich beschreiben. Wir sind alle sehr offen, kommunikativ und legen viel Wert auf einen respektvollen Umgang miteinander.
Some details about the roommates: Leonie (26) is from Cologne and is studying art restoration, and when she's not studying chemistry or working in the studio or lab, she's always up for a glass or two of gin.
Elisa (20) is from Carinthia and studies communication science. Besides her love for Kärntner Kasnudeln, she is also enthusiastic about good restaurants and cafés and is interested in basketball and psychology.
I would describe our shared apartment as very cozy, relaxed and tidy. We are all very open-minded, communicative and value a respectful interaction.
