Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in der Zeit von Mitte August bis Ende September unter. Sag mir einfach Bescheid, welche Wochen du einziehen möchtest.
Das Zimmer ist schön, ruhig, groß & hell. Es ist reichlich platz zum entspannen, arbeiten, yoga machen etc. Es ist alles drin was man braucht: Bett, Sofa, Schreibtisch & Schränke. Vom bett aus kannst du direkt auf‘s Hundertwasserhaus schauen.

I am subletting my room in the period from mid Aufust to the end of September. Just let me know how many weeks you would like to stay.
It is a beautiful, quiet, large & bright room. There is plenty of space to relax, work, do yoga, etc. It has everything you need in it: Bed, sofa, desk & wardrobes. From the bed you can look directly at the Hundertwasserhaus.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Bezirk, 1 min. vom Donaukanal, 5min zum Prater und 10-15 min. zur Donauinsel (Bike). Somit bist du im Sommer nah an den überlebenswichtigen Grünflächen. :D
Billa, Hofer, Humana, Ströck & Spar sind in der Nähe.
Öffis: Nähe Radetzkyplatz und der Tram, 10min zu Wien Mitte/Landstr. U3 - Du bist also schnell in der Stadt (1./7. Bezirk).

The apartment is located in the 3rd district, 1 min from the Danube Canal, 5min to the Prater and 10-15 min to the Danube Island (bike). So you are close to the green areas that are quite important to survive in summer. :D
Billa, Hofer, Humana, Ströck & Spar are nearby.
Public transport: Near Radetzkyplatz and the tram, 10min to Wien Mitte/Landstr. U3 - so you are quickly in the city (1./7. District).
Die WG bietet Rückzugsraum aber auch Raum für gemeinsames Kochen, Quatschen & laue Sommerabende gemeinsam genießen.
Hannah (25) - deine Mitbewohnerin- studiert ab Oktober an der Angewandten im Master, arbeitet und verbringt ihre Sommertage mit Bewegung, Lesen, Yoga, Freund*innen und auf der Donauinsel.
