Das Zimmer ist super hell mit Morgensonne, da die Wohnung im 4.OG liegt. Es hat Fischgrätparkett und Flügeltüren. Möbliert ist es mit einem Schubladenkasten, Regal, kleiner Couch, kleiner Schreibtisch. Es ist kein Bett drinnen. Andere schöne Möbel wären bei Bedarf vorhanden. :))
Vom Einzugstermin her bin ich flexibel und wenn es gut passt gerne auch länger als 4 Monate.
The room is super bright with morning sun, as the apartment is on the 4th floor. It has parquet and double doors. It is furnished with an antique drawer box, a shelf, a small couch and a desk. No bed!
From the move-in date I am flexible and if it fits well, longer than 3 months is no problem.
Die Lage ist fantastisch, man ist in 8 min bei Landstr/Mitte. Es ist ruhig aber extrem zentral. Schnell am Donaukanal, im Prater und auf der Landstraßer Hauptstr.
The location is fantastic, you can be at Landstr/Mitte in 8 min. It is quiet but extremely central. Quickly at the Danube Canal, in the Prater and on Landstraßer Hauptstr where all the shops are.
Ich bin Grafikerin, ursprünglich aus Graz habe aber lange Zeit im Ausland gewohnt und bin erst seit ein paar Jahren wieder zurück in Wien.
Ich würde mir wünschen, dass man auch mal zusammen was kocht, ein Bier trinken geht oder vielleicht einen Ausflug macht - einfach was sich halt entspannt ergibt :)
Mit mir wohnen auch meine beiden Katzen Milica Popovic und Juri Gagarin. Sie sind sehr sozial und freuen sich über Menschen.
I'm a graphic designer, originally from Graz but have lived abroad for a long time and have only been back in Vienna for a few years.
I would like that we cook sometimes together, drink a beer or maybe make an excursion - just what feels relaxed :)
With me live also my two cats Milica Popovic and Juri Gagarin. They are very social and are happy about people.
