The room itself is very bright thanks to the big window ( which is amazing for plants but also you). It’s also pretty quiet because the isolation is amazing and the street under (Hegergasse) is not very frequent.
The size is around 20 m^2 and as visible in the pictures, the room fits everything you would need ( a couch, a bed, a desk, coffee tables and more).
The couch, the shelves and the “chandelier” would stay in the room. The “shelf wall” has been used as a closet and obviously book shelf, therefore no need to invest in new ones. You could really fit a lot in there.
The couch also has a storage area when you lift the top part. It would also come with two big pillows.
The flat is in the Keilgasse, which is a cute little street in the third district. It is very close to Rennweg, meaning, the connection is amazing. You have 71 (connected to the Ring) O and Schnellbahn, which go to Landstrasse (U3,U4) and Hauptbahnhof (U1). Another plus, direct trains to airport from Rennweg.
The Belvedere is pretty much 2 minutes away walking, the botanical garden is a lovely place to spend time at.
You also have all the stores you need, in the Fasangasse ( just around the corner) you have Bipa, Dm, Bila, Hofer, and also approximately 6 mins walking is the big Eurospar. The Wien Mitte mall is also very close, only one station with Schnellbahn.
Your flatmates would be Bianca and Loïc :)
Both of us are very easy going and open. Bianca is doing an internship at the moment, and I (Loïc) am working in IT.
We both like to socialize and spend time together, often spontaneously with some wine and snacks, but of course we respect each others privacy and free time.
Important for us is the open communication and transparency. Also we do have a cleaning plan so the flat stays nice and tidy :)
