Die WG hat super öffentliche Anbindungen.
Sie befindet sich 3 Minuten zu Fuß von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle 71 Oberzellergasse, womit man schnell zur Stadtmitte gelangt und zur S-Bahn Station Rennweg und Simmering und 3 Minuten von der S-Bahn Station St. Marx, wo man mit der S7 direkt zum Flughafen gelangt oder zum Praterstern.
Ebenso fährt bei St.Marx die Straßenbahn 18 zum Hauptbahnhof und die 74A zu Wien Mitte.
Alles ist in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
In 15 Minuten ist man bei der U3 Kardinal-Nagel Platz.
Durch die Landstraße und den Fred-Zimmermanplatz hat man alle möglichen Supermärkte, Drogerien und Shops im Umkreis von 10 Minuten zu Fuß. (Hofer, Penny, Billa, Billa Plus, Lidl, Spar, dm, Bipa, Libro etc.)

Die 71 fährt direkt zur TU (15 Min), zur Akademie der bild. Künste (21 Min) und zur Hauptuni (26 Min). In der Med Uni und der WU ist man in 34 Min und in der BOKU in 47 Min.
Das Vienna Biocenter ist gleich um die Ecke.

The WG has super public transport connections.

The 18 to the main station and the 74A to Wien Mitte also leave from St.Marx.

Through the Landstraße and Fred-Zimmermanplatz you have all kinds of supermarkets, drugstores and stores within 10 minutes walk. (Hofer, Penny, Billa, Billa Plus, Lidl, Spar, dm, Bipa, Libro etc.).

The 71 goes directly to the TU (15 min), to the Akademie der bild. Künste (21 min) and to the main university (26 min). Med Uni and WU are 34 minutes away and BOKU 47 minutes.

WG-Leben
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Eva, Maya und Johannes.

Eva, 24, kommt aus Irland und hat ihren Bachelor in Kriminologie. Zurzeit besucht Sie an der Hauptuni einen Deutschkurs. Am besten unterhält man sich mit ihr in Englisch, aber Sie versteht auch vieles auf Deutsch. Zurzeit verdient Sie ihr Geld als Bürokraft und nimmt deswegen auch mal die spicy Office Geschichten mit nach Hause.
Sie ist eine freundliche und gesprächige Person, mit unendlich vielen Geschichten aus ihrem Leben, die Sie zu erzählen hat. Die Zeit scheint oft in einem Gespräch mit ihr wie im Flug vorbei zufliegen und schon hat man 2 Stunden in der Küche mit quatschen verbracht. Ihre Pyjamas-Sets, die Sie jedes Jahr zu Weihnachten bekommt sind stylish und man würde gerne auch so cool beim schlafen ausschauen.

Joanna, 23, kommt aus Wien und hat bulgarische Wurzeln. Sie arbeitet derzeit als Stewardess für Austrian Airlines. Derzeit studiert sie nebenbei Lehramt an der Universität Wien und ab und zu mal an der Uni, um die eine oder andere Vorlesung zu besuchen. Sie ist eine waschechte Wienerin und freut sich immer auf ein kleines oder doch längeres Gespräch in der Küche bei einer Tasse Kaffee. Sie stellt einmal im Monat ihr Zimmer um, weil "der Schrank würde an dieser Wand doch besser aussehen oder?" und das Schöne ist, dass es dann auch mal zu einem Gruppenprojekt werden kann. Sie ist sehr gerne unterwegs mit Ihren Freunden auf coolen öffentlichen Events in der Stadt oder in der Bar.

Kalina, 23, macht gerade ihre Ausbildung zur Tanzlehrerin und versucht nebenbei ihr KSA (Kultur- und Sozialanthropologie) Studium zu beenden. Sie ist immer gut gelaunt und man sieht sie selten ohne ein Lächeln auf dem Gesicht. Sie tanzt oft in Ihrem Zimmer und übt für ihre Kurse. Sie ist immer offen für Songvorschläge, die sie in ihrer Ausbildung für ihre Kurse nutzen kann. Sie ist erst letztens eingezogen, aber schon ein festes Mitglied der WG geworden. Sie ist sehr ordentlich, gut organsiert und verantwortungsbewusst. Sie geht gerne aus, am liebsten in den Club, das wichtigste ist, dass gute Musik läuft.

Das WG-Leben ist ruhig, da alle tagsüber unterwegs sind um zu studieren oder zu arbeiten. Jeder hat seinen Rückzugsort in seinem Zimmer, man lässt aber gerne auch die Tür offen, wenn man quatschen will. Der Mittelpunkt der WG ist die Küche, da wird gemeinsam gekocht, sich unterhalten und gelacht. Wir haben einen sehr offenen und toleranten Umgang, für rassischste, homophobe oder misogyne Aussagen gibt es hier keinen Platz. Probleme werden immer sofort angesprochen als eher verschwiegen und in der WG wird die Arbeit auch gerne geteilt.

Shared flat life
Your future flatmates are Eva, Maya and Johannes.

Eva, 24, comes from Ireland and has a bachelor's degree in criminology. She is currently attending a German course at the Hauptuni. The best way to talk to her is in English, but she also understands a lot in German. She currently earns her living as an office worker and therefore sometimes takes the spicy office stories home with her.
She is a friendly and talkative person, with endless stories from her life to tell. Time often seems to fly by in a conversation with her and you've already spent two hours chatting in the kitchen. Her pyjama sets, which she gets every year for Christmas, are stylish and you'd like to look as cool when you sleep.

Joanna, 23, comes from Vienna and has Bulgarian roots. She currently works as a stewardess for Austrian Airlines. She is currently studying to become a teacher at the University of Vienna and occasionally attends lectures at the university. She is a true Viennese and is always happy to have a short or longer chat in the kitchen over a cup of coffee. She rearranges her room once a month because "the wardrobe would look better on this wall, wouldn't it?" and the nice thing is that it can sometimes turn into a group project. She loves going out with her friends to cool public events in the city or to the bar.

Kalina, 23, is currently training to be a dance teacher and is trying to finish her KSA (cultural and social anthropology) degree on the side. She is always in a good mood and you rarely see her without a smile on her face. She often dances in her room and practices for her classes. She is always open to song suggestions that she can use in her training for her classes. She has only recently moved in, but has already become a permanent member of the flat share. She is very tidy, well organized and responsible. She likes to go out, preferably to the club, but the most important thing is that good music is playing.

Life in the shared flat is quiet, as everyone is out studying or working during the day. Everyone has their own place to retreat to in their room, but they also like to leave the door open if they want to chat. The kitchen is the hub of the shared flat, where we cook together, chat and laugh. We are very open and tolerant, there is no room for racist, homophobic or misogynistic statements here. Problems are always addressed immediately rather than being hushed up and work is also shared in the shared flat.

Eventuelle Ablöse: Die beiden weißen Kommoden können auf Wunsch für einen sehr günstigen symbolischen Preis abgekauft werden, ist aber kein Muss. Ich kann sie auch mitnehmen und das Zimmer leer abgeben.

The two white chests of drawers can be bought for a very reasonable symbolic price if desired, but this is not a must. I can also take them with me and leave the room empty.
