The apartment is located in a beautiful green setting in the historical area of the Heeresgeschichtliches Museum.
The room is 11.66m2, but it fits everything you need in everyday life. The window faces the quasi-inner courtyard and looks out into the greenery. It's not particularly bright but exactly because of this reason very pleasant in summer. It is also very quiet and calm.
The apartment has a kitchen with a dishwasher and a large fridge and freezer. The toilet and bathroom are separate. A washing machine is available in the bathroom.
The room is given unfurnished. Its possible to buy a white 2 door 229cm tall closet with a mirror for 200€, that is currently in the room. (originally 330€)

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer wunderschönen grünen Umgebung in dem historischen Areal des Heeresgeschichtliches Museums.
Das Zimmer ist 11,66m2 groß, aber es passt alles rein, was man so im Alltag braucht. Das Fenster ist zu dem quasi- Innenhof gerichtet und schaut ins Grüne. Es ist nicht besonders hell aber im Sommer deswegen sehr angenehm. Es ist dazu sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung hat eine Küche mit Spülmaschine und einem großen Kühl- und Gefrierschrank. Klo und Bad sind getrennt. Im Bad ist eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbiliert vergeben. Es ist möglich, einen weißen, zweitürigen, 229 cm hohen Kleiderschrank mit Spiegel für 200 € Ablöse zu kaufen, der derzeit im Zimmer steht. (ursprünglich 330€)
The apartment is located in the Arsenal and is therefore only 7 minutes away from the main station (U1, S-Bahn) by the bus line 69A. Tram D is 2 stops away by bus or 8 minutes by foot.
You walk into greenery right behind the front door. The whole arsenal is a beautiful park where you can go for walks. Belvedere Palace is also only about a 10-15 minutes by foot.

Die Wohnung liegt im Arsenal und ist deswegen nur 7min mit dem 69A von dem Hbf (U1, S-Bahn) entfernt. Die Straßenbahnlinie D ist 2 Stationen mit dem Bus oder 8min zu Fuß entfernt.
Direkt hinter dem Haustür ist man im Grünen. Das ganze Arsenal ist ein schöner Park wo man spazieren gehen kann. Das Schloss Belvedere ist auch nur ca 10-15 Gehminuten entfernt.

Loves photography. Music is a big thing - everything creative overall. Their room is a wonderful creative space itself and you know they are at home when there is music. You can always join them for a little dance party.
They are very great at communicating and always bring the best snacks back home - always thinking about the other person’s needs. I never feel like I cannot talk to them about something, they always have an open mind.
The rent includes gas, electricity and wifi.
Its possible the moving date could be even on the 1.January 2024, we will let you know.
