Room in a nice, central flat/26m2 Wg-Zimmer

Hey! I (Pinar, f, 34, set & scenery carpenter) and Andrea (m, 29, CEU master's student) are looking for a nice, easygoing flatmate from now on, who wants to stay at least 6 months or longer.

I have a very friendly and calm mid-size dog, Lady. She sleeps and remains in my room, but she loves to be petted, play or go for a walk if you are up for it :)

Your large, cozy, 26m2 room has a window to a quiet inner yard and has no street noise. The room comes with the bed and mattress, table, shelf, couch, clothes rack etc.

The typical Viennese “Altbau” building has an elevator leading up to our first floor apartment. It has a high ceiling, big windows and wooden parquet floor.

We have a big hallway, a big kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine and a separate toilet.

The apartment is super central and in the 3rd district (Landstraße) in the middle of Vienna right around the corner of Schloss Belvedere and the main train station Hauptbahnhof.

Especially ideal for commuters and frequent travelers because of the very easy access to the:

5 min to Main train station Hauptbahnhof
20 min to International bus station Erdberg

Also perfect for students and internationals:

20 min. to CEU
20 min. to UN
20 min. to Uni Wien
15 min. to Oper, TU or Landstraße

The connection to public transport is perfect with tram lines O, 18, 71, D, subway U1 station Hauptbahnhof, S-Bahn stations Quartier Belvedere and Rennweg, bus lines 13A and 69A.

Stores you need on daily bases such as Billa, Hofer, Penny, BIPA, DM, NKD, Lidl, pharmacies, tobacco stores and a post office are a couple of meters down the street. Two Spars (06:00-23:00) are just ten minutes away, which are also open on Sundays. There is also a Fitness Studio in Rennweg and Fitinn in Landstrasse.

Hi! Ich (Pinar, 34, f, Bühnentischlerin) und Andrea (29, m, Masterstudent CEU) suchen ab sofort bis mindestens Ende August nach einer/einem netten Mitbewohner/in die/der zu unserer WG gut passen wird :)

Ich habe eine Mischlingshündin (Lady, 8), mittelgroß und sehr freundlich. Sie schläft und wohnt in meinem Zimmer aber freut sich auch sehr, wenn du mit ihr Zeit verbringen willst :)

Dein 26m2 großes getrennt begehbares gemütliches Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster zu einem ruhigen Innenhof. Es ist möbliert mit: Tisch, Kleiderständer, Bett und Matratze, Vorhänge, Sofa, Regal und Lampen.

Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Liftstock eines klassischen Altbaus mit hohen Decken, Flügelfenstern und Fischgrätenparkett. Es gibt einen großen Flur, eine voll eingerichtete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Tageslichtbad mit Wanne und Waschmaschine, sowie getrennt begehbarer Toilette.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Wien im 3. Bezirk Landstraße direkt ums Eck vom Schloss Belvedere und dem Hauptbahnhof. Die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist super mit den Straßenbahnlinien O, 18, 71, D, der U1 Hauptbahnhof, den S-Bahn Stationen Quartier Belvedere und Rennweg und den Bussen 13A und 69A.

Was mich immer freut, nur 50m weiter liegen die große Parkanlagen Schweizergarten und der botanische Garten der Uni Wien am Schloß Belvedere. Alle drei sind toll zum joggen, picknicken oder einfach nur relaxen :)

Die Gesamtmiete für das Zimmer beträgt 600 Euro, ink. Strom, Gas, Wasser und Internet. Die Kaution beträgt 1200€. Es gibt für die bestehende Ausstattung eine einmalige 50€ Ablöse.
