Dein Zimmer umfasst ca. 17m² und liegt südseitig zu einer verkehrsberuhigten Einbahn. Das Wohn- und Esszimmer (20m²) ist zu einem schönen grünen Hof ausgerichtet. Wir haben also genug Platz um auch mal Freund:innen zu einem Besuch einzuladen.
Darüberhinaus gibt es eine schön ausgestattete Küche mit Ceran-Kochfeld, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank; ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und einer neuen Waschmaschine; und ein separates WC. Im Keller befindet sich ein Abteil mit einer Fläche von 5 m² und ein großer Fahrradraum. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und die Wohnung wurde 2015 komplett saniert – daher sieht sie auch sehr schön aus. ☺️
Ich habe die Wohnung mit 1. April angemietet und bin gerade noch dabei, sie einzurichten. Die meisten Möbel sind bereits angekommen, und ich werde bald neue Fotos hochladen. Wenn du möchtest, kannst du dich gerne bei der weiteren Dekoration beteiligen – zum Beispiel habe ich noch keine Pflanzen ausgewählt. 🙂

Your room is approximately 17m² and faces south towards a traffic-calmed one-way street. The living and dining room (20m²) is oriented towards a lovely green courtyard. So, we have enough space to invite friends over for a visit.
Furthermore, there's a nicely equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, and fridge; a bathroom with a shower and a new washing machine; and a separate toilet. In the basement, there is a compartment with an area of 5 m² and a large bicycle room. The building is very well-maintained, and the flat was completely renovated in 2015 – therefore, it looks very nice. ☺️
I rented the apartment starting April 1st and am still in the process of furnishing it. Most of the furniture has already arrived, and I will upload new photos soon. If you'd like, you're welcome to help with the further decoration – for example, I haven't chosen any plants yet. 🙂

Ein BILLA Supermarkt befindet sich direkt gegenüber, und auch Hofer und Penny sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt.
Das Schloss Belvedere und der Botanische Garten liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist auch super: Die Schnellbahnstation Rennweg und die Straßenbahnlinien 0, 18 und 71 sind nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Wiener Hauptbahnhof kann in weniger als 15 Minuten erreicht werden. Zum Stephansplatz sind es nur ca. 17 Minuten mit den Öffis – mit dem Fahrrad ginge es vll. sogar noch schneller. 😅

There's a BILLA supermarket right across the street, and both Hofer and Penny are just a few steps away.
Belvedere Palace and the Botanical Garden are in the immediate vicinity.
The public transport links are also excellent: The Rennweg train station and tram lines 0, 18, and 71 are just a few minutes' walk away. Vienna Central Station can be reached in less than 15 minutes. It's only about 17 minutes to Stephansplatz by public transport – it might even be quicker by bike. 😅

Zusammenwohnen würdest du mit mir – Alexander. Ich bin 28 Jahre alt, habe kürzlich mein Masterstudium abgeschlossen und arbeite als Softwareentwickler. Meine Freizeit verbringe ich am liebsten aktiv, sei es auf meinem Fahrrad, beim Yoga, Wandern oder auf Reisen.
Darüber hinaus schaue ich gerne Filme/Serien, treffe Freund:innen und gehe zu Musik-Events. ☺️
Es wäre toll, wenn wir ab und zu gemeinsame Aktivitäten unternehmen würden – sei es ein gemeinsamer Koch- oder Film-Abend, eine Yoga-Session, ein Ausflug mit dem Fahrrad oder auch einfach mal bei Bier/Tee/Kaffee zu plaudern. Ich verstehe aber natürlich auch, dass jeder seinen persönlichen Freiraum braucht.

In addition, I enjoy watching films/series, meeting friends, and going to music events. ☺️
