In unserer WG direkt an der U3 Schlachthausgasse wird mein Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, einer Garderobe, einem großen Kleiderschrank und einer kleineren Kommode. Unter dem Bett befinden sich drei große Schubladen für zusätzlichen Stauraum. Mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen ist kein Problem, da das Zimmer zum wunderschön begrünten Innenhof ausgerichtet ist.
Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen und Herd ausgestattet.
Das Bad mit der Regendusche ist mein persönliches Highlight ;)

My room is available in our shared flat right next to the U3 Schlachthausgasse.
The room is fully furnished with a bed, a desk, a wardrobe, a large closet and a smaller chest of drawers. There are three large drawers under the bed for additional storage space. Sleeping with the window open is no problem, as the room faces the beautifully landscaped inner courtyard.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob.
The bathroom with the rain shower is my personal highlight ;)
Die Wohnung ist direkt an der U3 Schlachthausgasse gelegen, vom Hausflur zum Bahnsteig braucht man keine 2 Minuten. Zusätzlich fährt hier die 18er los, der einen in 20 min zum Hauptbahnhof bringt, sowie die Busse 77a, 78a, 80a. Die 71er, die direkt zum Schottentor fährt, ist etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Öffi-Anbindung könnte also kaum besser sein.
Direkt gegenüber findet man im Billa und Bipa alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Der Spar ist auch direkt um die Ecke, Hofer und dm sind etwa 5 min mit dem Rad entfernt. Außerdem ist der Prater, der sich super zum Radfahren oder Joggen eignet, direkt in der Nähe.

The apartment is located directly at the U3 Schlachthausgasse, from the hallway to the platform it takes less than 2 minutes. In addition, the 18 tram departs from here, which takes you to the main station in 20 minutes, as well as the 77a, 78a and 80a buses. The 71, which goes directly to Schottentor, is about a 10-minute walk away. The public transport connections could hardly be better.
Directly opposite, you can find everything you need for your daily needs at Billa and Bipa. Spar is also just around the corner, Hofer and dm are about 5 minutes away by bike. The Prater, which is great for cycling or jogging, is also close by.
In die WG ziehen zum 1. Mai 3 neue, nette Leute ein.
Mónica kommt aus Portugal, ist Mitte 20 und hat Kommunikationswissenschaften studiert.
Außerdem ziehen noch Phillip und Armand ein. Da alle neu sind, werdet ihr noch genug Zeit haben, euch kennenzulernen. :)

Three nice new people moved into the shared flat on May 1st.
Mónica comes from Portugal, is in her mid-20s and has studied communication sciences.
Phillip and Armand are also moving in. As they are all new, you will have plenty of time to get to know each other. :)
Im Keller befindet sich neben den Waschmaschinen und Trocknern auch noch ein großer Gemeinschaftsraum mit Fußballtisch, Fernseher, Gemeinschaftsküche und Innenhof, in dem man im Sommer auch draußen sitzen kann. Falls du also gerne deine Freund*innen einlädst, ist genug Platz da. Da in dem Haus fast nur Studenten wohnen, haben wir dort schon lustige Abende verbracht.
Es gibt noch einen zweiten Innenhof, in dem du dein Rad abstellen kannst, falls du es nicht an der Straße stehen lassen möchtest.

In addition to the washing machines and dryers, there is also a large communal room in the basement with a soccer table, TV, communal kitchen and courtyard, where you can also sit outside in summer. So if you like to invite your friends over, there's plenty of space. As almost only students live in the house, we have already spent fun evenings there.
There is also a second courtyard where you can park your bike if you don't want to leave it on the street.
