10m² room with view to courtyard is rented out. The room is furnished (king-size bed, cosy chair, small table and hallstand for clothes). Kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared spaces with two flatmates. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bed linen and towels are available.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Adamsgasse, nur drei Gehminuten vom Radetzkyplatz (Spar, Cafés, Gastronomie) entfernt. Innerhalb von 10 Gehminuten ist der Prater, der Donaukanal und der 1.Bezirk erreichbar. Die Stationen der Straßenbahnlinien "1" und "O" sind 200 Meter entfernt. Zu den U-Bahnstationen U3,U4 (Wien Mitte) und U1,U2 (Praterstern) sind es 10 Gehminuten.
The shared apartment is located 10 min from the first district and just steps away from the Donaukanal and the Hundertwasserhaus. You will love the convenience of the location and the familiarity of the neighborhood. You reach the tramstops for tram "1" and "O" within 200 meters. To the metro stations U3,U4 (Wien Mitte) and U1,U2 (Praterstern) it's a 10 min walk.
Wir sind derzeit zu zweit in der Wohnung, studieren und arbeiten als Kunstschaffende. Wir sprechen Englisch und Deutsch. Das WG-Leben ist sehr ungezwungen. Wir freuen uns über gelegentliche Gespräche in der Küche oder ein gemeinsames Glas Wein. Es können natürlich Freunde eingeladen werden, Partys sind aber nicht möglich.
Both of us are studing and working in the cultur and art field. We speak mostly English, but also German. WG-life is easy going - everyone does their thing and we are happy to meet for a chat or a glas of wine in the kitchen. You are welcome to invite friends, but we agreed to have no parties in the apartment.
