Wir sind 2 selbständig tätige Musikerinnen Mitte 30, die ab September eine*n Nachfolger*in für unseren lieben langjährigen Mitbewohner suchen. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist klein, ca. 10m2, hofseitig, sehr ruhig, mit eingebautem Hochbett, das aber auch abgebaut werden kann. Ein großer Schrank ums Eck im Vorzimmer steht als Stauraum zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung selbst ist aber über 120m2 groß, mit großzügigem Wohnzimmer und Balkon zur bepflanzten Rückseite des Hunderwasserhauses. Mit uns wohnt ein kleiner, zurückgezogener Hund namens Fini. Wir sind sozial und machen es uns oft gemütlich, kochen gemeinsam, etc, freuen uns über ein entspanntes Miteinander, begreifen uns als eine sogenannte „Erwachsenen-WG“. Eine feministische, rassismuskritische Weltanschauung ist uns wichtig und sympathisch, und ein offenes Haus, wo liebe Gäste willkommen sind. Grundsätzlich sind wir auch der Idee gegenüber offen, dass das zu vermietende Zimmer als geteiltes (aus Kostengründen?) Atelier oder Büro genützt wird. Oder auch als Zweitwohnsitz für Pendler*innen zb. In jedem Fall ist uns aber wichtig, dass es zwischenmenschlich passt.
Gesamtmiete (inkl. Strom/Gas, W-Lan etc.): € 335. Altbau im Jugendstilhaus im 3.Bezirk. 3.Stock ohne Lift. Der Donaukanal und der Prater sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, Wien Mitte und U3 Rochusgasse in jeweils 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die 1er Straßenbahn und der Autobus 4A fahren direkt ums Eck vorbei.

We are 2 self-employed musicians in their mid-30s who are looking for a successor for our dear long-time roommate who will leave in september. The room for rent is small, approx. 10m2, on the courtyard side, very quiet, with a built-in loft bed, which can also be dismantled. A large closet around the corner in the anteroom is available as storage space. The apartment itself is over 120m2, with a spacious living room and balcony to the rear of the planted Hunderwasserhaus. A small, diffident dog named Fini lives with us. We are social and often make ourselves comfortable, cook together, etc., look forward to a relaxed coexistence, see ourselves as a so-called "adult flat share". A feminist, racism-critical worldview is important to us, and an open house where dear guests are welcome. Basically, we are also open to the idea that the room to be rented is used as a shared (for cost reasons?) studio or office. Or as a second home for commuters, for example. In any case, a good interpersonal relationship is important to us.
Total rent (includes electricity/gas, Wifi etc): € 335. Old building/Art Nouveau house in Vienna’s 3rd district. 3rd floor without elevator. Close to the Donaukanal and the Prater, Wien Mitte and U3 Rochusgasse (10 minutes by foot). The Tram 1 and the Buses 4A drive right around the corner.
