Das Zimmer ist 20m^2 groß und wird voll möbiliert übergeben (Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Couch, Kasten, Bücherregal), die Bücher würden vorzugsweise im Bücherregal bleiben. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock, es gibt keinen Aufzug. WC und Badezimmer sind getrennt, im Bad steht jedem ein eigenes Waschbecken zur Verfügung, eine Waschmaschine ist bereits vorhanden.
Im Innenhof gibt es einen Fahrradabstellplatz, ein Kellerabteil ist nicht vorhanden.

The size of the room is about 20m^2 and it will be handed over completely furnished (that includes: a bed, a closet, a couch, a desk, a bookshelf). The books seen in the picture would also preferably stay on the bookshelf in the room. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator available. The toilet is in a separate room than the bathroom. There are two sinks in the bathroom, as well as a washing machine.
There is an inner courtyard with space to park bikes, but no separate compartment in a basement.

Legt Wert auf Sauberkeit, aber wennś mal in der Früh zu stressig für´s Geschirr wegräumen wird, ist das auch kein Problem
Putzplan: 1x pro Woche werden Küche, Bad, Klo & der Boden geputzt
In stressigen Lernphasen wird der Putzplan auch oft anders aufgeteilt.
