Das Zimmer wird ab dem 1.6.2024 frei und bis zum 30.6.2024 verfügbar sein.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock nach dem Zwischengeschoss, das dem 2. Stock entspricht. Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, einen Abstellraum, eine Küche mit Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne/Dusche, Toilette und Waschmaschine, sowie einen Vorraum.
Das Zimmer (12 m²) ist gemütlich und ruhig. Es ist zum Hof hin ausgerichtet, mit einer hohen Decke und einem stehenden, ziemlich schicken alten Kamin (nicht funktional, jetzt nur noch dekorativ).

Das Zimmer wird geräumt. Ein single Matratze und eine Schreibtisch mit Stuhl kann drinnen bleiben.

The room will be free from 1.6.2024 and available until 30.6.2024.
The flat is located on the 1st floor after the mezzanine, which corresponds to the 2nd floor. The flat has 3 bedrooms, one storage room, one kitchen with fridge and dishwasher, one bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet and washing machine, and the entrance and corridor.
The room (12 m²) is cosy and quiet. It is facing the courtyard, with a high ceiling, and a standing pretty fancy old chimney (not functional, now only decorative).

The room will be emptied. We have a mattress and desk and chair that can stay.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, direkt neben dem Hundertwasser Museum, in der Nähe von so ziemlich allem, was man sich wünschen würde, einschließlich der Innenstadt:
- 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Radetzkyplatz (SPAR, BIPA, Apotheke, Bäckerei, Strassenbahn, Café)
- 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom riesigen Praterpark oder Praterstern, wo es einen BILLA gibt, der jeden Tag bis 22 Uhr geöffnet hat (woop woop), DM ist auch da, und alle Arten von Verkehrsverbindungen in oder aus der Stadt heraus
- 12 Minuten zu Fuß von Wien Mitte entfernt, dort gibt es es auch einen Bahnhof, eine U-Bahnstation und ein großes Einkaufszentrum mit allem, was man braucht, einschließlich einem großen SPAR.
Den Donaukanal erreicht man, indem man einfach die Straße überquert.

The flat is very well located, right next to Hundertwasserhaus Museum, close to kinda everything you would want including downtown :
- 3 min walking from Radetzkyplatz (SPAR, BIPA, Pharmacy, Bakery, Strasserbahn, café)
- 10 min walking from the huge Prater Park or Praterstern where you can find a BILLA open every single day of the year (woop woop) til 10 PM, DM is also there, and all kind of transport connections to anywhere in or outside the city
- 12 min walking from Wien Mitte where you can also find a train station, Ubahn station and a big mall for anything you would need, including a big SPAR.
You can also have access to Donaukanal by just crossing the street.
In der Wohnung wohnen gerade Luna und ich, Sacha.
Luna studiert im Master an der BOKU und besitzt eine Hündin, Feli, die sehr ruhig und süß ist mit der sie viel unterwegs ist. Daheim kocht sie sehr gerne und oft auch mal zu viel ;) Luna liebt die Natur, Wandern und ist sehr aktiv.
Ich, Sacha, bin seit 5 Jahren in der Wohnung.
Ich bin 30 Jahre alt, Franzose und arbeite als Fallschirmsprunglehrer. Ich liebe Sport und Outdoor-Aktivitäten. Ich liebe Musik und bin vielen Themen gegenüber sehr aufgeschlossen, außer vielleicht gegenüber der Mainstream-Kultur... Ich werde in Sommer viel wegfahren, um Fallschirmspringen zu gehen oder um die Berge zu genießen. Mein Deutsch ist im Moment nicht perfekt, aber wir können uns auf jeden Fall verständigen, es wird langsam besser und ich spreche auch noch 4 andere Sprachen.
Wir möchten, dass in unserer WG eine nette, respektvolle, flexible und aufgeschlossene Atmosphäre herrscht, in der jeder den Rhythmus und den Raum des anderen respektiert, wozu auch gehört, die Wohnung SAUBER und ORDENTLICH zu halten. Das ist uns sehr wichtig ! Wir suchen einen verantwortungsbewussten ERWACHSENEN, die IMMER nach sich selbst aufräumt.
Jeder hier hat seine/ihre eigene Privatsphäre. Wir sind mit unseren eigenen Leben und Zeitplänen beschäftigt, aber wir sind definitiv offen dafür, gute Momente zu teilen und unseren chilligen Vibe zu bewahren, wann immer wir Zeit haben.
Also ziemlich grundlegendes WG-Zeug :))

In the flat live Luna and I now.
Lu studies a Master degree at the BOKU and has a cute quiet dog. She is often outside for a walk with Feli her dog, and likes too cook often and sometimes too much ;) She like nature, hiking, and is a very active person.
I, Sacha, am 30 years old, French, and I work as an indoor and outdoor skydiving instructor. I love sports and outdoor activities. I love music and I am very open minded on the topic, except maybe for mainstream culture...
In summer I leave often to go skydiving or to enjoy the mountains. My german is not perfect at the moment but we can definitely manage to communicate, as it's getting slowly better and also speak 4 other languages.
We would like for our shared flat to keep a nice respectful flexible open-minded vibe, where everyone respects each other rhythms and spaces, which includes keeping the flat CLEAN and TIDY. We're looking for a responsible ADULT that ALWAYS cleans after herself.
Everyone here has his/her own privacy, We are busy with our own lives and schedules, but we definitely are open to sharing good moments and keeping our chill vibe whenever there is time.
So pretty much basic WG stuff :))
