The Apartment is located on the last floor (Dachgeschoss Wohnung) of the Building. There is a stairway and an elevator. Entire apartment faces onto the courtyard so it is very quiet and peaceful.
The Apartment has 2 rooms a big hallway with a lot of storage space plus also storage room, a kitchen which is separated from both of the bedrooms. The bathroom and toilet are separated as well. The room being advertised has a built in desk and also has loads of storage space which can be seen on the photos. The bed, mattress, bedding and the lamp will be staying in the room hence the ,,Ablöse” of 120 Euros. Also the payment of 55 Euros of utilities is only every 3 months, so basically 4 times a year which comes out to 220 euros a year!

The Apartment is extremely connected . The 71 tram line (Oberzellergasse Stop) is right outside the building (approx. 1 min walk) . The U3 line (Kardinal-Nagl-Platz) is approx. 9 min walk away . Rennweg S-Bahn station is approx. 10 min walk away.

Billa plus is 6 min walk
Lidl is 10 min walk

Very relaxed neighborhood, lots of families and a few parks .
A little to myself, I am 21 years old and study African studies at the Uni Vienna with extra courses such as law, political science and also business (Entrepreneurship). I am open to having a friendship or to just keep to myself, whatever you’d be comfortable with . I am home fairly often . I enjoy cooking and I am pretty tidy in the way I live . I am looking for someone friendly , trustworthy and responsible.
