Hallo liebe spontan WG-Suchenden!
Wir halten Ausschau nach zwei Nachmieter:Innen für unsere wunderbare Dreier-WG im 3ten, nahe Rochusmarkt ab November.
Die Kosten für das 12 m^2 oder 16 m^2 große Zimmer belaufen sich je nach Zimmerwahl auf circa 458€ oder 478€ - Internet und alle Betriebskosten inbegriffen. Das großes Wohnzimmer, die große Küche und das Badezimmer würdet ihr mit eure zukünftigen, lieben Mitbewohnerin Julia teilen. Julia studiert TransArts auf der Angewandten und freut sich über unterhaltsame und gemütliche Abende in spe.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem gemütlichen Gründerzeithaus im 4ten Stock mit hellen Zimmern. Ein türkischer Supermarkt und eine Hoferfiliale liegen im Pyjamaradius. Auch der Donaukanal, der Prater, der Rochusmarkt, Wien Mitte-Landstraße und die 1er/4A Haltestelle sind quasi um die Ecke. Zimmer werden unmöbliert übergeben.
(Wichtig wäre für uns nur, dass eine der zwei Personen im Laufe der kommenden Monate auch Strom- und Gasverträge übernehmen könnte, da die momentan auf mich laufen und ich ja nun leider ausziehe. Julia ist in Deutschland gemeldet und kann diese aktuell nicht übernehmen.)

Hello dear spontaneous WG-seekers!
We are looking for two new tenants for our wonderful three-person shared apartment in the 3rd, near Rochusmarkt from November on.
The cost for the 12 m^2 or 16 m^2 room would amount to either 458€ or 478€ - Internet and all operating costs included. The large living room, large kitchen, and cozy bathroom you would share with Julia who is studying Trans Arts at the Angewandte and would be looking forward to funny and cozy evenings in spe.
The apartment is located in a cozy “Gründerzeit” house on the 4th floor with bright rooms. A Turkish supermarket and a Hofer branch are in the pyjama radius. The Danube Canal, Prater, Rochusmarkt, Wien Mitte-Landstraße and the 1er/4A stop are also practically around the corner. Rooms are handed over unfurnished.
(It would only be important for us that one of the two people could also take over the electricity and gas contracts in the course of the coming months, since they are currently in my name and I am unfortunately moving out now. Julia is currently registered in Germany and hence can't do it at the moment.)
