Die 82qm2 -Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, davon 2 Schlafzimmer sowie ein großes Wohnzimmer und verfügt über ein Gustav Ignaz Stingl Klavier.
Das Wohnzimmer wird auch als Salon genutzt, da ich selbst die Salontradition in Wien wiederbeleben möchte. Der Salon wird ca. 1 mal monatlich als philosophisch-literarischer Salon abgehalten. Als Mitbewohnerin wäre es also schön, wenn du dich auch für Philosophie, Kunst, Musik, Literatur und Dichtung begeisterst.
Die Wohnung ist vollkommen eingerichtet, dein Zimmer 12qm2 steht leer. Möbel müsstest du also selbst besorgen. Für alles Übrige (Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Geschirrspüler,…) ist gesorgt.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig und in Bestlage gelegen. Wenig Verkehr auf der Straße, im 3. Stock ist es sehr leise. Direkt nebenan ist der Rochusmarkt, auf dem man frische Lebensmittel, Obst, Gemüse und Blumen oder Gebäck kaufen kann.
Die Donau und der grüne Prater sind als Naherholungsgebiet auch gleich nebenan (5-10 Minuten entfernt in Gehnähe)
