Rooms are basic and nicely furnished, all in the same style.
Slanted window; easy to open. Sunshade included.
Large closet + storage space under the bed and storage space at the head and foot of the bed.
Desk included in the room, but without table lamp.

Pls note that together with our roommates some of the furniture of the common areas will move out, too. This is why we would need to go on a will-haben hunt for furniture.
The location is excellent! The Stadtpark is just a stone's throw away, you can see it from the front door. Within 3 to 4 minutes you are on the green line at the subway station "Stadtpark",
in about 7 minutes at Landstraße/Wien Mitte and thus right in the center.
In the late evenings or on weekends you can buy groceries at the "Spar-Pronto", which is open every day from 06:00 to 23:00.
Karlsplatz is in the immediate vicinity.
S-Bahn just around the corner.
Quite a nice view from the terrace, which faces the inner courtyard.
Currently, the flat is shared by Maite (23) and Hannah (25).
With the end of February and the end of March, respectively, our two roommates are moving out, which is why we are looking for two new WG members. So if you know someone who is also looking for a new place to stay, you are welcome to contact us together.
We are not a 'purpose Wg'! Therefore, it is important for us that you are open-minded and also want to participate in the WG-life. As far as time allows, we like to cook together from time to time or sit together in the living room :)
Maite is a student from Belgium who's currently following a Master program in Global Studies. She likes to host dinner parties, read, go out with friends, etc.
Hannah moved from Germany to Vienna one year ago. Currently she is working full-time in Marketing. In her free time she likes to go for a run, go out with friends, or check out nice Cafés.
The minimum stay is for 6 months.
There are two fridges, so 2 of us can share one fridge each.
A dishwasher is also included. A washing machine is located in the basement for shared use.
Free wifi is available for all.
A cleaner comes once a month and cleans the common living areas.
