Da ich ein Praktikum mache, wird mein Zimmer über die Sommermonate frei. Es ist in idealer Lage (zum Karlsplatz ist es nur 1 Minute und in der Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Parks, Bars, Cafés, Galerien, Museen, etc...).
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 85qm groß. Neben deinem Zimmer gibt es noch ein Wohnzimmer, einen großzügigen Vorraum, sowie ein Bad und WC. Da wir vor kurzem erst eigezogen sind, ist dein Zimmer auf den Fotos noch nicht komplett ausgestattet. Bis Juli werde ich allerdings noch ein Bett und eine weitere Kommode besorgen.
Wohnen wirst du mit Lea, die allerdings in der Zeit auch mal im Urlaub ist, sodass du auch viel alleine in der Wohnung sein wirst. Lea arbeitet in einem Theater in Wien und ist ein geselliger Mensch, der gerne abends mal ein Glas Wein trinkt, sich mit Leuten trifft und gerne unterwegs ist.

Hello!
I am doing an internship, so my room becomes available over the summer months. It is in a perfect location (it is only 1 minute to Karlsplatz and there are many parks, bars, cafes, galleries, museums, etc.. in the area).
The apartment is 85sqm in total. In addition to your room, there is a living room, a spacious entrance hall, as well as a bathroom and toilet. Since we have just moved in, your room is not yet completely furnished in the photos. Until July I will get a bed and another commode.
You will live with Lea, but she will be on vacation during that time, so you will be alone in the apartment a lot. Lea works at a theater in Vienna and is a sociable person who likes to drink a glass of wine in the evening, meet people and generally enjoys being out and about.
