Das freie Zimmer ist äußerst hell, hat einen eigenen Balkon und wird nur möbliert vergeben. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein 120-Bett, eine Kommode sowie ein Schrank, ein Sofa (ausziehbar) und ein Schreibtisch. Aktuelle steht auch noch ein E-Piano im Zimmer, welches bei Bedarf jedoch weichen kann.
Durch die großen Balkontüren hat man immer schönes Tageslicht und ab Mittag viel Sonne im Raum. Der Balkon selbst geht in einen kleinen Innenhof, daher ist die Wohnung äußerst ruhig (schlafen mit offenem Fenster kein Problem).

The free room is extremely bright, has its own balcony and is only available furnished. In the room there is a 120 bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a sofa (extendable) and a desk. There is also an electric piano in the room, which can be removed if required.
Through the large balcony doors you always has beautiful daylight and from noon a lot of sun in the room. The balcony itself goes into a small inner courtyard, so the apartment is extremely quiet (sleeping with an open window is no problem).
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Bezirk in der Kolschitzkygasse. Innerhalb von 4 Gehminuten erreicht man die U1 Station Hauptbahnhof, und den Bus 13A. Alle Züge und S-Bahnen sind innerhalb 8 Gehminuten erreichbar. Im Umkreis befinden sich ein Billa, Hofer, Bipa, einige nette Restaurants und Bars. Das Schloss Belvedere ist ebenfalls zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.

The apartment is located in the 4th district in Kolschitzkygasse. Within 4 minutes on foot you reach the U1 station Hauptbahnhof, and the bus Station 13A. All trains and suburban trains can be reached within 8 minutes on foot. In the vicinity are a Billa, Hofer, Bipa, some nice restaurants and bars. Belvedere Castle is also within walking distance.
Da ich (Isabell) eine längere Reise antrete suche ich jemanden der in der Zwischenzeit mein Zimmer bewohnen möchte. Deine potenzielle Mitbewohnerin heißt Nicla (25 Jahre) und ist als Beruf Physiotherapeutin und eine traumhafte Mitbewohneirn. In unserer WG wird grundsätzlich sehr viel Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit gelegt. Wir wissen jedoch auch das Tage hektisch und chaotisch sein können und die Welt von einem Topf in der Abwasch nicht untergeht :).

Since I (Isabell) start a longer journey I look for someone who would like to rent my room in the meantime. Your potential roommate is Nicla (25 years old), she is a physiotherapist and the best flat mate you could ask for. In our flat-sharing community a lot of importance is attached to order and cleanliness. However, we also know that days can be hectic and chaotic and a dirty pot in the sink is no disaster :).
