Insgesamt ist die Wohnung 74 m2 groß. Sie besteht aus Bad, WC, Flur, 2 Schlafzimmer und einer Wohnküche.
Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind jeweils 21m2 groß.
Die Wohung befindet sich an der Schleifmühlgasse in ruhiger Lage. Ein kleiner begrünter Platz liegt vor der Wohnung und das Grätzl ist schön bunt und belebt. Man ist in 5 Minuten am Karlsplatz und in 2 Minuten an der Technischen Universität. Der Naschmarkt befindet sich am Ende der Gasse. Viele kleine Lokale und Geschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kein WLAN. Bitte selber nach bedarf einrichten.
Das Zimmer kommt mit ein Bett und ein Sofastuhl. Also anders als am Bild abgebildet.
The appartment is located in a very sought after part of Vienna. The bedroom window faces Schleifmühlgasse and a small park outside. Many restaurants, shops and bars are in close proximity. Karlsplatz, Naschmarkt and the Technical University are within 5 min. walking distance.
There is a fully setup Kitchen and clean Bathroom with a very good washing machine. What is not available is wifi. You will have to organise this yourself.
Die Wohnung ist optimal angelegen. Sie liegt an der Schleifmühlgasse, die mit ihren Galerien und Lokalen viel zu bieten hat. Der Karlsplatz ist 5 min entfernt. Die TU um die Ecke. Der Naschmarkt liegt gleich am Ende der Straße. Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein kleiner Platz mit Bäumen.
The appartment is situated very centrally yet in a quiet area. There are many galleries and places to eat and drink close by. Karlsplatz is a 5 min walk away. The Naschmarkt is at the end of the street. The Technical University is just around the corner. Outside the appartment there is a small square with trees and a playground to relax in.
Ich arbeite als Holzrestaurator.Wochenends bin ich entweder mit Freunden unterwegs, sport betreiben, wandern od gehe Hobbies nach wie am Auto Schrauben od gärtnern. Bin jetzt nicht super gesellig als WG-Kollege, aber auch nicht distanziert. Ich mach einfach gern mein eigenes Ding, und wenn es zwischen uns gut passt dann auch gern was zu zweit. Muss aber nicht sein:) Ein gutes Miteinander ist trotzdem sehr erwünscht. Bedürfnisse sollten offen ausgesprochen werden und darauf sollte auch im besten Fall eingegangen werden. Ich mag es wenn es relativ sauber ist in der Wohnung. Besonders wichtig ist es mir, dass nach dem kochen relativ Zeitnah abgewaschen wird, sodass die nächste Person auch ungehindert kochen kann. Im Idealfall wird einmal die Woche gereinigt, dann steht auch nicht soviel an.
I work as a wood restorer and at weekends I'm either out with friends, doing sports, hiking or pursuing hobbies like working on my car or gardening. I'm not super sociable as a flatmate, but I'm not aloof either. I just like to do my own thing, and if it's a good fit between us, I'm also happy to do something as a couple. But it doesn't have to be:) A good relationship is still very desirable. Needs should be expressed openly and, in the best case, responded to. I like the apartment to be relatively clean. It is particularly important to me that the dishes are washed up relatively soon after cooking so that the next person can cook without hindrance. Ideally, cleaning should be done once a week so that there's not so much to do.
