I am leaving my room in this cozy apartment in the heart of Vienna. It will be available for period September - February with highly possible prolongation. You don’t have to be worry about the wardrobe and two chairs - these are staying here as belong to the flat. I will take a table, white big shelf and small shelf next to the bed, as are mine. I have the brand new bad for sale. I am using it now just for 10 month so it’s like a new. Bed is metal from Ikea, mattress is like new, bought and transported to Vienna directly from mattress producer (NOT IKEA). It’s high quality rehabilitation mattress, as it’s required for me to use such(can send you the link to the website). Also high quality wooden bottom of the bad. No chance to broke and destroy this bed. Trust me.
Perfect location, between U4 and U1 ubahn stations, in the front of the building bus stop 13A, 5 min by walk trams 62 and 1.
This is the heart of 4th district so you have literally everything right behind the corner- dm, bipa, billa, hofer, spar, post office, cash machine etc.
And you can walk to Karlsplatz in 20min :)
There is also second room where is living lovely Finnish girl :) She is leaving to Finland for period September-December so there will be also a new person for this period of time.
The flat is cozy and very calm, no problems with neighbors.
Once per quarter we pay insurance 35€ per person.
Bed cost:
Mattress + bed frame + wooden bottom = 350 eur
