DE: Das Zimmer ist 10m2 groß, hat eine etwa quadratische Form und ist getrennt begehbar. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet. Die Wände wurden gerade neu gestrichen.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist 64m2 groß, wurde gerade frisch gestrichen und hat insgesamt 2 Räume
Über den kleinen Vorraum (inkl. Haken für Jacken und Möbel für Schuhe) gelangt man in den Gang der zu allen Zimmern führt (2 Zimmer, Badezimmer, Küche und Toilette). Im Gangbereich befindet sich in der Decke auch ein kleines Lager für z. B. deinen Koffer..
Die Küche wird gerade neu eingerichtet (die Kacheln werden neu gestrichen und es werden neue Möbel eingerichtet) und hat auch eine nette Sitz- bzw Essecke mit Tisch und Stühlen.
Die gemeinsamen Bereiche sind voll ausgestattet: das Badezimmer ist gerade renoviert worden und inkludiert eine Waschmaschine und Spiegel, die Separat begehbare Toilette kann für Putzmaterial als Abstellungsraum benutzt werden, es gibt allgemein viele Möglichkeiten Sachen zu verstauen.
Disclaimer: Die Wohnung ist momentan noch nicht fertig renoviert und wird vorraussichtlich erst Mitte November komplett überarbeitet sein. Wenn du ohne Herd auskommst stehen eine Mikrowelle und ein Kühlschrank allerdings schon zur Verfügung. Ab 1. November funktioniert auch das Internet.
EN: The room is 10 m2, close to square shape. It is not furnished. The walls are freashly painted.
The flat is 64 m2 big, was just freshly painted and has 2 rooms. When entering you will find yourself in a corridor with hangers and space to leave your shoes. The corridor leads to all the rooms in the house (2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and toilet), it includes a big storage place in the ceiling where you can leave your luggage.
The kitchen is currently getting refreshed (the tiles are being repainted as well as the furniture is being changed) and conveniently includes a nice table with chairs for eating.
All common areas are fully furnished including a newly renovated bathroom with washing machine and mirrors, separate toilet with shelving and storage, corridor with shelving and storage as well as the already mentioned kitchen.
Disclaimer: The apartment is still undergoing some updating and will therefor hopefully be available from mid November. Unless you don´t need a stove then the fridge and microwave are already available. Internet is working from 1st of November.
DE: Die Wohnung befindet sich 7min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Die Straßenbahn 18 ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Weitere Straßenbahnen (1, 62 und die Wiener Lokalbahn) sind nur 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Zum Bus 13A sind es nur 5 min.
Der Alois Drasche-Park ist nur 1 Minute entfernt.
Die nähesten Supermärkte sind: Billa (ca. 5 min), Interspar (ca. 10 min) und Hofer (ca. 10 min)
EN: The flat is located 7 minutes from the Main Train Station (Hauptbahnhof), 7 min to the trams 1, 62 and Wiener Lokalbahn. As well as 5 minutes to the bus 13A and 3 minutes do the Tram 18.
The beautiful Alois Drasche Park is situated right next to the flat.
The closest supermarkets are Billa (around 5 min), Interspar (10 min) and Hofer (10 min)
Ich heiße Maria und komme aus Polen. Mittlerweile lebe ich schon seit 3 Jahren in Wien. Ich bin Architekt und arbeite Vollzeit im 6. Bezirk. Obwohl ich auch momentan noch täglich ins Büro gehe kann es durchaus sein, dass wir über den Winter zum Home-Office verordnet werden.
Ich bin eine offene Person und erhoffe mir jemanden mit dem man auch mal was unternehmen kann, mit dem man reden kann, vielleicht einen Film zusammen schaut oder auch ein Glas Wein oder ein Bier trinken kann.
Ich möchte definitif keine Person die nur hinter einer geschlossenen Tür sitzt, ich möchte keine Zweck-WG.
Sauberkeit ist für mich vor allem in den Gemeinschaftlichen Räumen eine Priorität und ich erhoffe mir hier auch Eigenverantwortung :)
EN: I am Maria, I am from Poland and I moved to Vienna 3 years ago. I am working full time as an architect - as of now I still work from the office but there is a high probabilty that I might have to switch to home office during the winter
I am easy-going, openminded person that is looking for somebody to share WG life with: have some conversations, watch a movie together, have a glass of wine or a beer.
I don´t want a "Zweck WG" so I am definitely not searching for someone that will sit behind closed doors all day everyday.
Keeping the common areas clean is really important to me and I hope to find someone that will feel responsible to do their share.
