Nachdem unsere WG in den Wechsel kommt, da zwei langjährige Mitglieder weiter ziehen (Norwegen), suche ich neue wohlerzogene Mitbewohner für unsere Residenz in der Hamburgerstrasse.
Ich bin Architektin und habe ein ca 30 m2 zimmer zu vermieten.

ART NOUVEAU building with view on the “Naschmarkt”;


two of my flatmates move out, so i´m looking for new well-behaved flatmates for our residence in Hamburgerstrasse.
I´m an architecture student, sometimes working and have a 30m2 room for rent.
rental period: from July

LOCATION
it's a quite striking Art Nouveau house, which was built by a student of Otto Wagner. On the ground floor you can find the cafe Rüdigerhof with outdoor dining (“Gastgarten”)

the apartment is on the 2nd floor (3rd floor due to mezzanine) with wrap-around views of the “Wienzeile”. lift with bench is available.
