The room faces Falcostiege and the Naschmarkt parking lot, it is bright and spacious, has three windows with sun shining in in the morning and a tree in front of one of them. The subway-station is rather close and the street is quite busy, but generally the noise does not disturb a good night's sleep.
The apartment is located directly at the Naschmarkt parking lot, right next to the subway station Kettenbrückengasse. It is 124m² big, bright, all rooms are accessible individually. The common area includes a big hallway, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a separate toilet and bathroom (including both bathtub and shower).
Nearby there are several shops (including a 24h bakery), bars, cafés and restaurants. The subway can be reached in less than a minute.
Alcohol and meat are consumed in the apartment, we have no pets and are all non-smokers.
Anna, Hanna & Juan – the three remaining roommates– have only been living together briefly, so we're still settling in and getting to know each other. While we enjoy spending time together, we appreciate each other's privacy as well. We're all studying and working in the cultural field and share an interest in music, contemporary art and visual culture.
We're looking for someone who wants to share a home with us on a long-term basis. Ideally, you have experience living in a flat share and have an understanding of communal care for the material and emotional spaces of an apartment. After a period of several changes we're excited to enter a new period of sharing a home with each other.
The room will be empty from October 1st on.
