Helles Zimmer in 2er WG im 5. Bezirk :)

(english version below) Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im 5. Bezirk und ist in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, weshalb es relativ ruhig ist. Sie ist ca. 8 Gehminuten vom Matzleinsdorferplatz entfernt. Von dort fahren zahlreiche Züge bzw. Bims (Straßenbahnen) und der Hauptbahnhof ist mit der Schnellbahn nur ca. 3 Minuten entfernt. Die nächste U-Bahnlinie ist die U4, welche mit dem Bus in 7 Minuten erreichbar ist.
Die Mariahilferstraße bzw. Neubaugasse sind mit dem Bus in 13 Min. erreichbar.
Der Billa ist in 3 Gehminuten erreichbar und auch Eurospar, Libro oder der Baumarkt sind zu Fuß in unter 10 Minuten erreichbar.

The apartment is centrally located in the 5th district and is situated in a side street, which is why it's relatively quiet. It is about an 8-minute walk from Matzleinsdorferplatz. Numerous trains and Bims (tramways) run from there and Vienna main station is only about 3 minutes away by train. The nearest subway line is the U4, which can be reached by bus in 7 minutes.
Mariahilferstraße and Neubaugasse can be reached by bus within 13 minutes.
Billa is a 3-minute walk away and Eurospar, Libro and "Baumarkt" can also be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes.

(english version below) Mein Name ist Esther, ich bin 25 Jahre alt und arbeite als Ergotherapeutin in Wien. Seit kurzem habe ich berufsbegleitend einen Master begonnen, weshalb ich jedes zweite Wochenende in Krems bin. Bereits 3 Jahre habe ich in einer WG gewohnt und daher auch schon ein bisschen WG-Erfahrung. :)
In meiner Freizeit koche ich sehr gerne (vegetarisch), bin gerne draußen oder mache Sport. Unter der Woche genieße ich meistens abends meine Ruhe, da ich ja berufstätig bin. Am Wochenende bzw. manchmal abends unter der Woche würde ich mich sehr freuen, wenn wir ab und zu gemeinsam kochen, einen Filmeabend machen, essen gehen oder auf was auch immer wir gerade Lust haben😊 Würde mir auf jeden Fall wünschen, dass es keine reine Zweck-WG wird :)
Natürlich ist "me time" aber auch wichtig und gar kein Problem, wenn mal jeder was für sich macht. Einen Putzplan gab es bisher nicht, da jeder geschaut hat, dass die Wohnung sauber bleibt und das gut geklappt hat.

Wenn Du Interesse hättest, würde ich mich freuen, wenn du mir einen kurzen Text über dich schreibst und wir können uns gerne einen Termin für die Besichtigung ausmachen. Generell würde ich mich freuen, wenn du länger als ein Semester bleiben möchtest (also bitte eher keine Erasmus-Bewerbungen). Ich kann auch noch gerne Videos oder weitere Fotos von der Wohnung schicken, falls Interesse besteht. 😊

My name is Esther, I am 25 years old and I work as an occupational therapist in Vienna. I recently started a Master's degree while working, which is why I'm staying in Krems every other weekend. I've already lived in a shared flat for 3 years and that's why I have a bit of shared flat experience. :)
In my free time I love cooking (vegetarian), spending time outside and doing sports. During the week I usually enjoy my peace and quiet in the evenings, as I work. At the weekend or in some evenings during the week, I would be very happy if we could cook together from time to time, have a movie night, go out for dinner or whatever we feel like doing😊 I would definitely like it not to be a purely functional flat share :)
Of course, "me time" is also important and it's not a problem at all if everyone just spends some time alone. There hasn't been a cleaning plan so far, as everyone has made sure that the apartment stays clean and so far it has worked well.
