Sie besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern und einer großen Wohnküche, die das Herzstück unserer gemütlichen, liebevoll eingerichteten WG bildet. Neben dem geräumigen Flur gibt es außerdem noch ein getrenntes Tageslicht-Badezimmer mit Duschwanne und Waschmaschine, ein getrenntes WC, sowie eine kleine Abstellkammer.
Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich in Richtung eines sehr ruhigen Innenhofs, fernab vom Trubel der Straße, was für eine erholsame und entspannte Umgebung sorgt. Im großen Wohn- / Esszimmer gibt es ganz viel Platz zum Kochen und Verweilen auf dem gemütlichen Sofa und mit einem Fernseher – also perfekt, um nach einem langen Tag abzuschalten. Unsere kulinarische Highlights sind die Siebträgermaschine für den Gusto, die Kaffeemühle und unser Reiskocher. Die Wohnung ist soweit mit allem ausgestattet, was du brauchst.
Du kannst quasi direkt in dein Zimmer einziehen :)! Wenn du Interesse hast, kann Clara 2x Vorhangstange und Vorhang, Bett (1,40 m) und Matratze, Tisch, weiße Ikea Malm Kommode mit 3 Schubkästen, Ganzkörper Spiegel, Metallregal gern zur Ablöse da lassen.

You're looking for a cozy home to feel comfortable in? Then a room in our large 3-room old apartment might be just right for you! It consists of two bedrooms and a spacious kitchen-living room, which forms the heart of our cozy, lovingly furnished flat share. In addition to the spacious hallway, there's also a separate bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, a separate toilet and a small storage room.
The apartment itself is located towards a very quiet inner courtyard, far from the hustle and bustle of the street, providing a relaxing and peaceful environment. In the large living/dining room, there's plenty of space for cooking and relaxing on the cozy sofa while watching TV – perfect for disconnect after a long day. Our culinary highlights are the portafilter machine, the coffee grinder and our rice cooker. The apartment is then equipped with everything you need.
You can practically move in your room straight away :)! If you are interested, Clara sells her 2x curtain rod and curtain, bed (1.40 m) and mattress, table, white Ikea Malm chest of drawers with 3 drawers, full-length mirror, metal shelf.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im 5. Bezirk und hat alles in nächster Nähe, was man so im Alltag braucht: etliche kleinere und größere Supermärkte (Billa, Eurospar, Hofer), gute Möglichkeiten zum Essen oder Trinken gehen. Das riesige Plus dabei: die Wohnung ist super ruhig, da sie in den Innenhof ausgerichtet ist. Auch praktisch: der Hauptbahnhof ist nicht weit entfernt. Außerdem ist man super schnell im angrenzenden 4. Bezirk, wo etliche Bars, Cafés und gemütliche Straßen, sowie der Naschmarkt zum flanieren einladen.

Leider ziehe ich (Clara) aus Wien aus, weshalb ich die Wohnung verlasse und einen Nachmieter suche. Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner ist Pablo, ursprünglich aus dem schönen Málaga, der als Softwareentwickler arbeitet und seit fast 6 Jahren in Wien lebt. Wenn es um das Zusammenleben geht, ist er sehr geordnet und entspannt und verbringt gerne eine entspannte Zeit, einen gemeinsamen Kochabend oder einen guten gemeinsamen Filmabend. Er ist außerdem einfühlsam und weiß, wann jemand seinen Freiraum braucht.
Er liebt:
- Sport treiben (Basketball, Padel, Fußball, Tennis, Heimtraining usw.),
- Tanzen (derzeit geht er zum Tanzen in einen Club, wo er Son Cubano und Reggaeton übt),

Unfortunately, I (Clara) am moving out of Vienna, which is why I'm leaving the apartment and looking for a new tenant. Your future roommate is Pablo, originally from beautiful Málaga, who works as a software developer and has lived in Vienna for almost 6 years.
