In unserer gemütlichen Dachgeschoss-WG im 7. Stock wird ab dem 1. Mai ein Zimmer frei, das auf dich wartet. Es ist ein ruhiges Zimmer mit 14 m², perfekt gelegen zur Stadtseite hin, und es bietet eine eigene Dachterrasse (7 m²), von der aus du einen atemberaubenden Blick über die Dächer Wiens genießen kannst. Außerdem gehört ein eigener Abstellraum (2 m²) dazu, damit du deine Sachen ordentlich verstauen kannst.
Die Warmmiete für das Zimmer beträgt insgesamt 630€, inklusive aller Betriebskosten. Du musst außerdem eine Kaution von 1890€ hinterlegen.
A room in our cozy attic flat on the 7th floor will be available from 1 May and is waiting for you. It is a quiet room of 14 m², perfectly located on the city side, and it has its own roof terrace (7 m²) from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the rooftops of Vienna. It also has its own storage room (2 m²) so that you can store your belongings neatly.
The warm rent for the room is €630 in total, including all operating costs. You will also need to pay a deposit of €1890.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach unschlagbar! Sie befindet sich im lebendigen 5. Bezirk, nur wenige Gehminuten von der U4 Station Margaretengürtel und der S-Bahn Anbindung Matzleinsdorfer Platz entfernt. Die Straßenbahn Station Eichenstraße befindet sich ebenfalls gleich um' s Eck. In der Umgebung findest du alles, was das Herz begehrt: von Supermärkten wie Spar, Billa und Hofer bis hin zu gemütlichen Restaurants und Bars.
The location of the apartment is simply unbeatable! It is located in the lively 5th district, just a few minutes' walk from the Margaretengürtel U4 underground station and the Matzleinsdorfer Platz S-Bahn connection. The Eichenstraße streetcar station is also just around the corner. You will find everything your heart desires in the surrounding area: from supermarkets such as Spar, Billa and Hofer to cozy restaurants and bars.
Die Wohnung ist derzeit eine 3er-WG, in der Raphael, Noah und Alex leben. Sie befindet sich in einem top Zustand, mit einer gemeinsamen Dachterrasse (15 m²), einer gemütlichen Wohnküche, einem Badezimmer und einem separaten WC.
Wir, Raphael & Noah, arbeiten beide im Home Office in den Bereichen Architektur und Mechatronik. Unsere Freizeit verbringen wir gerne draussen mit Freunden, oder beim Sport. Auch lassen wir gerne mal den Abend bei einem Getränk auf der gemeinsamen Dachterrasse ausklingen. Wäre schön wenn wir gemeinsame Aktivitäten finden würden :)
The apartment is currently a shared flat for 3 people, in which Raphael, Noah and Alex live. It is in top condition, with a shared roof terrace (15 m²), a cozy eat-in kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
We, Raphael & Noah, both work in the home office in the fields of architecture and mechatronics. We like to spend our free time outside with friends or doing sports. We also like to end the evening with a drink on the shared roof terrace. It would be great if we could find activities to do together :)
