I’m looking for a roommate (female, 30-38) in 2 persons shared cozy apartment. Just for 3 months. No option for extension of the staying.
The 62m2 apartment is a beautiful, bright, spacious, cozy new building with 2 rooms, kitchen, spacious living room, dinning room and balcony. The apartment is situated in an excellent neighbourhood and offers quietude and privacy.
The room for rent is fully furnished 11m2 room with bed, nightstand, desk, chair, wardrobe and some storage for your stuffs.
Bathroom with shower, bath and washing machine.
Kitchen with all included: dishwasher and cooking eating utensils.
Thanks to good insulation, the apartment is warm in winter and cool in summer. Cellar compartment and bicycle parking available.
I am looking for someone who is:
Communicative, uncomplicated, calm, willing to compromise, really clean, reliable and organised. Not a party type. You’re focused on your job but also can cook sometimes together, watch a movie or wine and a good talk, or do some sports outdoors.
Apartment Location:
- Very central! 15 min walking to TU Wien, Karlsplatz, Naschmarkt, 3 min. walk to the 13A bus, 5min to 59A , 10 min to the U4 (Kettenbrückengasse or Pilgramgasse), 10min walk to Straßenbahn 1, 62 und WLB.
- Pharmacy and supermarkets just around the corner. (2 Billa, BIPA, DM, Hofer,etc)
Rent: € 480,– (electricity, heating, and internet included)
Deposit: €900
Just for 3 months. No option for extension of the staying.
