Hi there!
We are looking for a new flatmate for our shared flat in the 5th district (centrally located, directly above the Filmcasino).
The room is quite small (9 sqm), but has a wooden plateau that can be used as a loft bed and is part of a spacious, fully furnished and centrally located apartment (150 sqm). A carpet for the room, a closet (in the hallway) and the sitting area on the floor (see pictures) can be taken over from the previous tenant (150 euros, price negotiable). This is optional, not a condition for moving in!
The subway stations Kettenbrückengasse and Pilgramgasse (U4) are five minutes away.
The rent is 290 €, all included; deposit: 500 €.
We (Eva, Sebastian and Philipp) are in our early-middle thirties. One of us is a musician; the other two are writers, have just finished their PhD (theater and film) and are currently working in the field of architecture and independent journalism.
If interested PM, then you can come by and have a look at the room (since it is actually quite small :)

Wir suchen ein*e neue*n Mitbewohner*in für unsere WG im 5. Bezirk (direkt über dem Filmcasino).
Das Zimmer ist recht klein (9 qm), hat allerdings zwei Fenster, verfügt über ein Holzplateau, das als Hochbett verwendet werden kann, und ist Teil einer geräumigen und volleingerichteten Altbauwohnung.
Bei Bedarf können ein Teppich für das Zimmer, ein Kleiderschrank (im Flur) und die Sitzecke auf dem Boden (siehe Bilder) von der Vormieterin gegen Ablöse übernommen werden (150 Euro, Preis verhandelbar). Das ist optional, keine Bedingung für den Einzug!
Lattenrost und Matratze wären auch vorhanden (teilmöbliert).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage, auf der Margaretenstraße: Die U-Bahnstationen Kettenbrückengasse und Pilgramgasse (U4) sind fünf Gehminuten entfernt, die Buslinie 13A hält vor der Haustüre, zum Karlsplatz sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß, ein Billa ist direkt gegenüber.
Miete (warm): 290 Euro, Kaution: 500 Euro.
Wir (Eva, Sebastian und Philipp) sind Anfang-Mitte Dreißig. Einer von uns ist Musiker, die zwei anderen sind Schriftsteller*innen, haben gerade ihr Doktorat (Theater und Film) abgeschlossen und verdingen sich momentan im Bereich der Architektur und der freien Publizistik.
Bei Interesse einfach PM, dann könnt ihr vorbeikommen und euch das Zimmer anschauen (da es tatsächlich recht klein ist :)
